    @@LivinginCharlestonSC1 well you do know there’s a world five and 10 miles outside of Summerville that people that are from out of town might want to know about so they can get some backyard because you go to Summerville you’re not getting any land unless you have $5 million. but I don’t blame you for pushing all those subdivisions. They are a a gold mine for realtors.

    @@ihave35cents95 Yeah another world of people leave junk cars in their front lawn, or trash strewn all over their properties. Because someone wants to live next door to that. Also, I am NOT "Pushing" anything. Personally, I like the master-planned communities because of the family lifestyle and I don't have someone who thinks having old cars and motorcycles all over their property is "normal". That's why people move there. They don't want to live around distressed neighbors. Finally, I can tell you don't know a whole lot about real estate to think these places are gold mines. Far from it. We'd all be better off if every home cost 4-5 million, then we'd hit gold. We're lucky if we walk away with a couple of grand after fees, taxes, and insurance. I think you might want to check again on what you "know".
