Totally agree . I am a asian American baby boomer who did marry a traditional Asian American woman, and we have been happily married for over 40 years, with adults kids and grand kids. I have a Son who is 36 , good looking , pretty tall ( 5' 9 " ) and he saids its difficult for him to get a date with any American woman . Unfornately , most American women under 40 , because of Holywood, or social media have just turned into something that does not lead to a long term relationship and my son recognizes that . I have been encouraging him to go overseas. Like you said, a woman has a right to go to college, get a career and be what they want to be , but a man has a right to search the world for that person who he can spend the rest of their lives with .... its just a little more complicated logistically and takes a few more bucks, but its well worth it.

They love to harp on the 'she is just dating you for the money' BS. Find a woman anywhere in the world including America - The main question is "What is your job" Then you are sized up as to what life you can provide her. Women are choosing men to better their life. That is the same anywhere. Anyone that says otherwise is an alien. Also, the reason we get better women in other countries is that our money has more value there. A middle class guy is upper class in most of the countries Forest listed. Every relationship is a negotiation. Us Males just ignore the fact that women are after our money because that is the cost of doing business. It is a fact of dating and relationships.

Even Asian American women can’t tell Asians apart. They think they all look like their cousin! Just like for awkward white people or fed up black people… most Asian Americans find success in Asia way more. Even the low confident nerdy engineer gets female attention. It’s a snow ball affect, a few Asian women approach the nerdy Asian dude. This gives him confidence and swagger that leads to more women. They return to America a new person.

If you go looking for a relationship in the trash (Nana, Pattaya, Patong) that is exactly what you will find “trash.” If you look for educated women with professional careers, it is easy to find here in Bkk. Does money matter… hell yeah. I don’t want to date some broke ass girl that can’t afford to travel or do anything either. I am not looking for a parasite. Money always matters… don’t lie to yourself. Forrest well spoken about this subject. Modern women here in America have completely destroyed the value of relationships. Modern feminism is completely different than what it was 20 years ago. The video of self hating Asian women seem like they were adopted and raised in California by the look of the hairstyle. Men have woken up and realize there are other options outside of U.S. and will go where they are treated with respect. Recently been thinking working 9 months and staying in Thailand 3 months till I reach retirement. Hoping to reach better financial position and head to Thailand to retire. If lucky enough maybe find a lifetime partner there.

As a white Australia (weird way to start a sentence) it is exactly the same no matter what race if you are in a western country. I kind of think of it like this: Never date someone in your group, as in the group you are average, unless you are the top 1% of that group. So in the gym, all gym members are top 1% of the population, but you’re probably middle of the pack IN the gym. If you’re at uni, it’s the top 1% (well more like to 25% now) of IQ, but inside uni you’re probably more like top 60% of the top 1%. So date outside the gym, outside of university and outside the country.

As a middle class thai lass id say it’s extremely low chance for foreigners to get decent girls to date. First of all, if u live in bkk long enough you probably can tell that independent ladies who can take care of themselves won’t chase after foreigners. Since financial reason is not major factor here they will choose someone in their circle. And when it comes to choose a life partner there are way more complicated. Im not being racist here but if you are a foreigner who hangs out at cheap bars and eat cheap street foods and expect to meet well-off girls it seems illogical. An absolute gem of a woman. Looking at most of the female friends and family in my life, a majority of them are feminist, angry, men-hating liberals. Shockingly, they're also very much single with little to no relationship progress...and have no idea why. If I didn't find my wife early on, I'm pretty sure I would struggle to find a woman like her today and might have to look overseas. Western liberalism has made most young women in this country poor relationship partners. Not difficult to understand when their own definition of what a woman is can't be well defined and includes dudes in dresses.

Hey Forrest, I really appreciate the vlog. It’s an absolute shame to hear and experience in my own country the disrespect and ruthless practices that are apparently expressions of equality. Ive been coming to S.E.A for a few years now and have spent most of my time in Thailand. I come here not to exploit or even date but to take a rest and to feel human again away from the ridiculous culture of the country I grew up in. I am not saying I am not against ‘fairness’ etc but the extreme behaviour and constant redefining of gender, cultural, age or even class relations that is played everyday that results in actually confusion, doubt, immobilisation and even harm. The key element here is gender and relationships. Some have redefine what is acceptable but is unattainable for some, ok that may be the case , but to then totally disregard and make invisible those individuals in not acceptable. At least here in Thailand, people will still engage politely even if you are not their ‘type’. So to all you men who want to be rejected beautifully come here- you walk away with nothing but still feel like a million dollars and still human🤣🤣

I’ve heard about men saying don’t bring your foreign wife to the west because she will be westernized. I disagree with that. It depends on the person! My husband is the main provider of our household while I take care of our home as a traditional wife, but that’s what works for both of us. I’d not say that most women in Thailand or Asia in general value a traditional relationship like many passport bros tend to assume. Especially, many women in Bangkok or in big cities in general.

Well said it depends on the person. However don't ignore that many people will exploit this phenomenon to their benefit. Many older men have the money to flaunt and exploit the financially impoverished women. As some of the women might see this as a way to go to America and adapt the lifestyle by overspending and doing little else. It depends on the person.

@@mcentepede That makes sense! I would like to add that people who are more likely to overspend in Thailand have always been that way. From my experiences, Thai people from lower economic background tend to have a problem managing their finances, not everyone, but from my observations. Also, those middle-class white collar in Bangkok (most likely the younger generations) Thailand is a melting pot in many ways. Many foreigners tend to marry a certain type of Thai women without knowing that they have to provide for a woman's family. These group of women usually send the money to their families back home, which often leads to many problems in a marriage. We don't do that in my family, which is pretty common among Thai Chinese families.

Coming from someone who lives in the US (Las Vegas). I was in Bangkok over the Christmas period and man, the general demeanor from women over there vs here is night and day. You can almost immediately feel the absence of the gynocentric toxins you are accustomed to in the west. You covered this perfectly. The west is in deep shit in my view. The situation over here will unfortunately only continue to decline. Glad to hear you’re in a happy relationship over there! Men in the west, get your passport, take a trip and see it for yourself. There are great women outside of the west. In Thailand particularly, there are plenty of beautiful traditional good natured women! Take the leap!

Hi Forrest. Love this video. First, I am an American Black Woman. I have more degrees than a thermometer and I retired from the US Navy. That being said. I was raised by southern military parents to first be a wife and mother, then a career woman. I have been married 31 years and I have one son. It is unfortunate how "new" women treat men. I do not understand how "some" western women believe the mal behavior is appropriate or even right in any way. I have been so intrigued over the years that during my PhD studies I actually completed 2 years of research to determine the psychology of the current western culture of men, women and relationships. I would love to share with you once we settle in Thailand next year. All that said to say, I infactically support "passport bros" for various reasons and in its purest format. I even counsel men on the subject of relationship dynamics. I will reach out to you once we arrive and I support your channel as well. Michele

Hi Forrest, I've been watching your videos every now and then and really enjoy them. Just recently started learning about this new term Passport Bros and I think it's so sad. As a Filipina American, I'm embarrassed to hear about all these women bashing men for wanting to find a suitable partner, someone that loves and respects them just as much as they would be willing to love and show respect in return. I think the bottom line is that these newer attitudes that some women are adopting are actually toxic. Being in a committed relationship requires consistent effort, dedication, and thoughtfulness, no matter where in the world you live. And if that is something you really want as a woman, rather than just some quick hook-up, it's time to evaluate how you're treating men and reflect on whether or not you're putting out into the world what you're looking for in return ❤.

Thanks for you view on it. I've been traveling for 20 years now (not as a nomad). Got called a passport bro because I was black and traveling to places others weren't. I went there to see the country. Meet friends I had met online or who had moved abroad. Enjoy the food and yeah going out and meeting woman, just like at home. Initially it was just (middle class) guys who had a passport (more uncommon in US than else where) and were traveling to countries that required it. They experienced live outside of their country. Able to do more with your money (for less). The woman and relationships they cultivated there were just a bonus. The term passport bro got changed into something else in the last 5-10 years due to the internet and social media.. Now everybody and their mother is jumping on it because it's a buzz/trigger word. Or trying to profit off it.

I guess that's why many Asian-Americans fell to MAGA Trump supporting bananas. But seriously, do you really think someone like Trump has any morsel of respect for Asian-Americans????

What no one talks about in the passport bro conversation is how hard it is to date in america as an asian (or in my case, Indian) man. Half our women are dating white or black guys, leaving us to compete over an even smaller pool of girls of our kind. Yes, we can try to date white, latina or black women. But lets be real, we are seen as bottom of the totem pole even if as an individual we might be worthy.

After coming back from Thailand I can also say this is true. The women there treated me like I was a king. I couldn't believe it. However, to be fair many of the women I met were looking for someone who can help them financially. It's no different in America. American women also are looking for men who will bail them out of their financial failures and their loneliness. Women are the same in Thailand and America. only that in Thailand they respect men much more than in America. I also lived in San Francisco for 3 years and can also say that Chinese American women in San Francisco only date white guys. Not latinos, not blacks, not other asians but white guys.

it started in the 1990's with Cosmo then Oprah which became a demand I gave up and watched how it affected the divorce rate. It is about having respect for each other. A lot of Chinese families are dominated by the eldest woman in the family. My thai GF is from Surin, lives in Bangkok and does not have a college education but, she is raising 3 kids and working and I have a lot of respect for her doing that after her husband walked away. And fortunate for me she's 5'9" tall so I can look at her eye to eye. I had never dated anyone that tall but, I kept hoping to find someone that tall. 15 years looking, I knew I would never find it in Japan. nor find someone in the US. I got lucky. Your observations are right on the head. l am from a different generation but, I am at the same affect that you experienced.

Yep, great points. Military men in the US from all backgrounds have known about foreign women for decades, especially since WWII. There were black American soldiers or pilots who never came back from Europe after the war and married German, French, and Italian women and stayed. Why would they want to come home to a place that was hostile towards them in the Jim Crow south? They fought for the country then come home to a place that won’t even serve you a meal or a beer. Then you have the Korean War and the bases in Japan, guys have been dating and marrying foreign women for decades. Liberal feminists Western women are in for a rude awakening. Eventually all the decent men will be gone and the children of low level men will wreak havoc. Already seeing this in SF and LA. Almost no foreigners and the closest beach to bangkok. Clean air as opposed to chiang mai which I’ve heard is 6 months per year now. Also Taiwan would be a good bet maybe, especially Khaosiung. I didn’t like it as really felt like an outsider, but it has a $350USD gold card which is essentially permanent residency immediately. And formally in 3 years if you spend 6 months per year in the country and pass a chinese course.
