Elle loves to be mean to people it is a atl thing and he also has no choice because of the simple fact that it makes her look cool and it makes the show fun to her that makeing fun of Gary is a good way for her to get through the show and also when you are on ESPN as long as she has been it is easy to get a way with. But what I don't get is that Rachel Nichols was on ESPN for years and then all of a sudden she gets fired for some thing that was really petty but at the end of the day we have to be more open mined about the way things work in life but also we have to be fair about the way people run a podcast and I really hate when she keeps Gary at the bottom of the MVP list for the show that is not fair and also how do you put the dogs name on the show but not Gary but I think one gary will get the opportunity to get his own show and when he do it will be really good. But if I was him i would have stayed on ESPN full time.
