Been doing this diet for 5 weeks, losts 30lbs and feel 20 years younger. Joint pain gone, skin issues etc. And.. just like Dr says... impossible to binge on this... there comes a point while eating you just don't want anymore.. the food literally stops tasting good. My body feels like it's working as it should... life changer

I am a 77 year male. After being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease i finally discovered why I was gaining so much weight. I started a strict Carnivore life change. I have lost 40 pounds since early January and am down to 315 pounds. I am 6’6” and hoping to be down to 260 by Christmas!!

just turned 70, trying to quit eating my normal diet is almost imposible becaus i lived off of it my whole life. i am 265 at 5' 10". its easy to quit foods when you are young but when you are 70 you have a lifetime of eating a certain way. i am trying the carnivorous diet, but i end up buying black bread to make sandwiches once a week. and eating pizza every third week. i have a huge stomach. my back is killing me. i can only walk half a block and the pain is unbearable. i need to lose weight now and fast. i am also an alcoholic and i am on the wagon. i pray to god carnivore will help me.

As a mostly vegetarian with only lean meats, I ended up with two stents. As a Carnivore, my HDL to LDL ratio is one. My triglycerides are 67. I was never able to get numbers like this as a vegetarian. I don’t have anything against vegetables, but apparently my body does proper human diet baby.

The biggest surprise I ran across was how my lipid numbers, insulin and blood glucose went to normal when I added more fatty meats and cut out the carbs. Saturated fats are suppose to be bad if you listen to the average physician but I’m happy to say THEY ARE NOT BAD.

This is so profound. Having been overweight most of my life and lost weight on keto I am still afraid of my desire for food. I portion control my protein to what I think is suitable, not to my hunger. Therefore I have to exercise self control most days. I will have to try this.

For me, this is the person who started my carnivore efforts. I really appreciate Dr Berry for providing a much needed paradigm shift.

Ken is so good at explaining Carnivore! The KISS philosophy in the beginning anyway and then branch out as your understanding grows. There is a vast variety of carnivore foods in reality. I don’t miss anything about my past diet. It’s very comfortable and satisfying.

Wooww! I'm speechless. The man is apologizing for his "tight" shirt, in this shameless day and age. Kudos to you Dr. Berry. I'm impressed and you've made an unconditional fan of me. Comforting to wit that the old fashion sense of propriety is still alive.

I love Dr. Berry! I noticed he mentioned he had horrible acid reflux and I had that really bad too! The first thing that I noticed within only a week of keto is I stopped having acid reflux. Totally went away.

It’s great to hear Dr. Berry being interviewed as opposed to the alternate. Yup. Me too! I NEVER get tired of any fatty rib adjacent collagen rich meat with over easy eggs! Sometimes the baked goods tempt me, but as long as I don’t even taste it to begin with, I’m safe. Absence ( of “Carbage” ) makes my heart grow fonder (of real nutrition - Regeneratively Raised Animals)🖖🏽💚
