    It's important to know that many common foods break down to GLUCOSE. Bread= glucose, rice= GLUCOSE, pasta= glucose. Many people say "I don't eat much sugar", not realising these other foods are the culprits also.

    I was shocked when I learned this. Once I knew about it, then it all made sense and I understood why I was craving certain foods. After only about 1-2 week the cravings disappeared.
