That is good job, congrat ! It was my chilhood dream too. I wonder that, could you share your car's measures, electric plans, battery and engine power information please? How did you decide power of engine? Especially how can I buy front lower arms and how did you calculate for shock absorber?

Don't get me wrong , i love the look of the jeep, it's so cool and where i live we can drive golf carts everywhere , so it would be great to have. it's just the welds and im not to sure about the names on it , it's got to do with copy rights. but all that said i would still like to have one . maybe in a blue color

If I don't use the car axle but use the ATV's rear axle, can I use car wheels???

Nice design, but I have very serious doubts about the strength of those welds. At the very best, those are spot welds. A little beating and they will all come apart!
