This is a great way for them to learn that they are special and privilaged and that there are kids who aren't that lucky . They brought the kids without fuzz in private and secret (as we are finding out about this a month later) . The kids get to be in a small but safe environment while they learn 😍😍😍😍😍

That is REAL parenting. Teaching your children compassion, humility, generosity, love, giving, and always remembering that not everyone is as blessed as you. May God continue blessing and protecting them all.

What a wonderful mother teaching her children the value of giving back to others and recognizing those in need. There is not a greater gift than compassion for others, and while I am sure Catherine and William teach many private lessons on selflessness at home, it is good to see George, Charlotte and Louis in action. No doubt these children will live lives of service and respect for all.

It is *so* lovely to see Princess Catherine bringing her children to work and showing them what volunteering and charity is all about. She explains each step to them, they listen beautifully to the other volunteers, and even little Prince Louis wants to come back to help. *That* is raising the next generation in a positive way.

When they learn to serve when they are young the children grow to be empathic and compassionate and to look around outside themselves. The RF do have great privilege and for that they are held to critique for every single tiny detail of their lives. Their children are bullied online by fools. The RF do contribute back to the UK Treasury to the tune of 2.2 billion pounds according to Forbes, all for the sun of 85 million pounds from the Sovereign Grant. Any charity they support brings a lot of donations in to help that charity. Look at Homewards, Look at Centrepoint, look at the Prince of Wales Trust, look at the charities regarding Childrens development. They do a lot for the UK. How much do you contribute to your community?

I agree with you, Catherine & William do a lot for charities, especially behind the scenes that people are unaware of, they always have, and now they are introducing their children to do the same. It's nice to see them doing things like this with their royal connections unlike the family in the USA that just like to take from their charities for their appearances and clothing etc! I know which family I would get behind, our future King and Queen.

These children are having the best childhood and the best upbringing of any previous royal children in history. George is going to be a wonderful King because of it and Charlotte and Louis will stand by him and play their own special parts.

Growing up, my parents always had my brother and I help out at the holidays putting together food boxes, gifts and treats for families. I worked for a fire department, we adopted families and collected toys and brought Christmas gifts to families in our area. So wonderful and the best way to celebrate the season and help others out. Thank you to the Princess of Wales and her children for doing their part to support parents and families who need the extra help this Chirstmas season. And thank you for bringing back wonderful memories for me. Happy Christmas!

William's father was just as much (if not more) of an influence on his upbringing. The King has done a tremendous amount for others, through supporting charities and setting up his own - The Prince's Trust. It was the Prince's Trust which gave a grant and mentoring that enabled Jimmy Choo to set up in business. Idris Elba credits the Prince's Trust for his success also. There are thousands of similar stories.

Greetings from USA....I love the way how the Princess of Wales taking her children to teach them how important to help poor people in need. I am glad the Wales children was able to support the charities. It is nice to see them doing their tasks without any complain. Thank you very much.

I love the energy between Catherine and her children. I heard a quote by Jennifer Lopez where she says she tries to raise her kids with roots and wings. Catherine I think is doing the same thing ❤

The UK and the commonwealth are so fortunate to have Catherine. We’ve nothing like her in the US. What an exceptional role model she is. 🇺🇸

We have several First Ladies who gave a lot of their time to charitable causes, both when they were in the White House and throughout their lives. Just look at all the years the recently deceased Mrs. Carter gave to Habitat for Humanity, well into her 90s. My favorite is Eleanor Roosevelt who was so well thought of that world leaders continued to visit her at her cottage for many years after Franklin died. We have several governor’s wives who are equally involved in charitable work, especially the education of women.

And she filled her car boot with donations too. The Children are lovely , well behaved funny and happy . Also lucky to have the parents they have . Diana would be bursting with pride 💐

the Princess of Wales did set a good example. How to use the privilege well and how to teach the children to be grounded. Well mannered, too. Those children seemed to understand the assignment. Well done Her Royal Highness ❤.

The royal children are really really interested in whatever they do. They’re great kids & will grow up to be great adults. Hats off to their Mum & Dad for instilling great values.

Catherine is wonderful, bringing her children along to help sort presents for other children who are in need. To give them an understanding that some children are not able to have the things that they themselves have. It’s what Diana did with William where she showed him how other people live. Keeping it real ❤️ 💕❤️

Catherine involving her children into these projects is spectacular. They will forever embrace the idea of giving and helping others less fortunate.

Love, love, love this❤. Princess Catherine dedicating her energies and focusing on the younger years, the future of our precious world. One compassionate act at a time makes so much of a difference.
