I feel like if you have a great job and get career and move down there it’ll be worth. But if you’re working a regular job than your pay and cost of housing would equal back out

If you can save the 20% just keep going. You're a fantastic saver

Yes unfortunately for the parts where I talk softer and the music is playing the vocals are lower. Def have kept this mind moving forward
