I was listening to this while cooking. The good lady said just be grateful for something during the day. It is definitely a beautiful thought. So I just took the moment and said” God thank you for the farmers who grew these carrots,onions,eggplants and tomatoes. Then I went to the kitchen sink and looked outside. Thanked God for the sun the birds and the trees . I swear I felt so good. Instant energy. So please do show gratitude. I’m not kidding 😊
