Mary is a co-mediatrix God choses her because she is conceive without original sin...and in Luke 1: 48 All generations will call her blessed. Imagine all generations and the generations to come that's how Mary is very special to God. My mother and your mother will not chosen by God because all mothers here on Earth except Mary committed and original sin. Scripture clearly emphasizes Mary's unwavering trust in the Father and her unreserved dedication to the salvific mission of her Son, from the Annunciation to the wedding feast at Cana and to the cross itself, Mary stands as the paradigm of the freely united human will to the will of God. But the relationship of Mary and Jesus goes beyond her free and perfect choice to give of herself completely as God's instrument, for Mary is forever the mother of Jesus. The love of the Risen Lord for his mother transcends the love that men can hold in their hearts for their own biological mothers, since God is capable of loving infinitely and without limit. Our family have always prayed the rosary ever since we were kids I asked my mom One day why we always prayed it and she told that it was a promise that she had made to the Blessed Mother , and then told me the story that when my mom was a young girl still living at home , my grandmother , her mother , was going on a pilgrimage, and would be gone for a few days , so one night while her mother was gone, my mom dreamt that our Lady appeared to her , and holding out a green rosary to her , the Blessed Mother told her she wanted her to pray the rosary for the rest her life , so on the day grandma returned from the pilgrimage, she told mom that she had a small gift for her , and handed her a green rosary ! And years later , on the day my beautiful mother passed , my brother placed a green rosary in her hands , saying that now my mother would be able to return the rosary to our Blessed Mother and tell her that she had obeyed her wish of praying the rosary for the rest of her life !!

@Peachgirl91 So you never ask any of your family or friends to pray for you? We ask Mary to pray for us, knowing that the answer to our prayer will come from God. We know Mary is alive because Luke 20:38 tells us that all live unto God. And if someone is alive, we can ask them to pray for us.

I enjoy my Rosary Walks in the evening. One night last summer, on a very hot day when the sun didn't set until almost 9pm, I prayed the Rosary as I walked along the waterfront. During that walk, I met three very young men, at three separate points, going in the opposite direction from me. Each one of them saw my Rosary in my hands, and broke out in a gigantic smile, so pleasant and joyful. (I'm a grandmother, so it wasn't flirtation). I pray for them since then. I hope at least one is discerning the call to priesthood, maybe all three, but if not, then I hope they will be excellent husbands and fathers, strong spiritual leaders for their wives and children.

I was adicted to tobacco, 25 years, caffeine for 15 and in great need of weight loss. Oh and I quit numerous times before, this time around I turned to a daily rosary and have defeated all of those vices. Have had little withdrawals and never went back. Glory be to God.

Mickey Trm Ted Bundy (serial killer) was asked by the police why he didn't kill a girl that he had to pass to get to the others he said "I was going to kill her something blocked me from getting into the room,what it was the girls grandmother gave her a rosary and said to her promise me you will pray the rosary every day.The girl kept her promise that night where Ted Bundy was on his killing spree that girl had fell asleep praying the rosary.So there are numerous testimonies to the rosary this is just one.

My husband's Father was a POW in the Korean War. When captured, all the USA soldiers were ordered to remove everything from their pockets. The only reason they would not kill him is because he had a rosary in his pocket. It is a long story, but he did escape later on. He returned home safely to marry, have 9 children, and live for Jesus.

I also like to share a true story that happened somewhere in the states . A young woman was walking from work and decided to take a short cut when approached by a man who knocked her down to rape her . She said she was not particularly religious although a Catholic she began out loud to pray the Hail Mary and when she got to " Blessed is the the Fruit of they womb Jesus " the man looked up in fear got up and ran away . After she gave a description of his face to the police they said he was a serial rapist and she was the only one that was not murdered by him . God bless the Power of the Hail Mary and the courageous Priests who spread the message of the Holy Rosary.

Father I was away from the church over 40 yrs. These past 4 yrs . I started saying the Rosery, It took a little bit to relearn, however, I have been able to get my life working on my Salvation .Thank you Fr.Gill.

Praying the rosary is like sitting in Heaven’s garden & having tea with Mother Mary. I pray that more people open their hearts to the gift of the Rosary! In my most difficult desperate point of my life I prayed for God’s Mercy & Grace & I have a dream of a rosary being given to me. Praise be Jesus & Mary now & forever!

@Peachgirl91 First off uou assumed incorrrectly. I am a woman. Secondly, veneration is respect with out worship. Look it us in the dictionary it is a sign of respect. We don't pray to Mary except in intercession for us. Thirdly, i am quite aware of my formation and discernment and knowledge. I refer you to your Bible. Fourthly, you are gentle and kind in this debate and for that i thank you. Fiftly, Jesus is one with God and the Holy Spirit. Mary gave her permission for God to allow God to become man in her womb. That our makes her the Mother God. Sixtly, Jesus gave us his sweet, sinless Mother to be our Mother in A christ Jesus. Are you Protestant? If you are i understand what you believe. Think bigger, search more, pray more for understanding. Lean your soul of son so that your death may bring you to the company of the Blessed Mother, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit......in paradise. and Jerusalem will be the city of God.

When I gave birth to my daughter, she was diagnosed with pneumonia where she need to be injected antibiotic for 10 days. After 10 days of taking antibiotic through injection, the doctor checked her and she talked to me that we need to stay more 10 days because the antibiotic were not enough yet. I felt being drowned in the water after hearing the advice, I was very hopeless that night. The only thing that I did during that night was praying the Holy Rosary heartily until I fell asleep with my daughter. In the morning, the doctor checked again the blood of my daughter and she was surprised that everything went well. She told me that I need to ready all the clearances that we need to be release on that day! I do really believed in the Power of the Holy Rosary. Thank you Lord!

Now there are apps that you can get on your phone, so you can't fall asleep. I put one on my Bluetooth driving in to work and focus on the rosary and most of the time, those distracting drivers don't bother me. i focus instead on whats in my heart and follow along. The days i don't pray one, i feel like something is missing.

The Rosary converted me. I was happy in the Protestant Church I was attending, giving no attention to the fact that I could feel something missing in my faith. And because I had been baptized Catholic as a child and was struggling with a chronic illness, my friend kept bugging me about praying the Rosary. After a few weeks of her bugging me about praying the Rosary I gave in and started praying. I instantly fell in love with it. And every day after I would finish the Rosary I had a hunger to learn about Catholicism. A week after I started praying the Rosary, which was from Monday through Sunday, I knew that I needed to get my sacraments in the Church. It was not an intellectual decision. I was called to come into the Church. And I knew that I needed to obey. God had been calling me into His Church for years but I wasn't paying attention. It was Our Blessed Mother through her Rosary that pulled me out of heresy.

Bride OfChrist hi! Your testimony is amazing and I am confused, but it's not your fault. I hope you'll see this. I am really struggling with my faith rn. I was baptized Catholic when I was born and I did all the sacraments until the confirmation (included). It's like 3 years I stopped regularly going to Church because I didn't like the environment. Most people in my local church go just to show off their new clothes, all polished, and to judge other people. Then there are few adepts that judge you based on how frequently you attend and how involved you are in the ceremony of the mess. Plus, our new priest is involved in politics and he's not good. It was a vibe I got off of him at first, I didn't like it. It was confirmed when I attended few messes that he did. At school I met an evangelical girl, and she invited me and my other group of friends to go to her church and it resonated a lot more with me. Also, through the internet I've come across a lot of Christian people, amazing people proud of their faith. I love how they are not afraid. How they actually KNOW THE BIBLE, how they LIVE as Christians, studying the Bible everyday, having a close and personal yet strong and powerful relationship with God. I am thinking of converting to one of the Protestant Faith but the thing is I am scared and I still don't understand why they don't recognize the saints and the transubstantiation. Also I don't like the fact that they refuse traditional prayers or so I've understood. I don't know though. It's like their faith is more modern but it's essential and it truly allows you to live and grow in faith, honouring God with your every action. Any suggestions?

My naighber kept playing music very loud from the morning till night . I kept hearing the drum all day "bum..bum..bum..." So I spoke to them so many times regarding the loud music but it didnt work ... I spoke to the land lord , nothing happened. I called the police .... the police came and gave them warning and as soon as they left they playied the music even louder.. I was going crazy, I couldn't do anything, I even called the council, someone came and fined them but no change happened. The problem got worse , I haven't slept properly for weeks. Finally I decided to pray the rosary... I kneeled in my room and started praying while the music is loud. Kept praying and felt something or a voice was making fun of me and telling me to stop praying cause nothing will change . But every time I heard the voice, I shook my head slowly to avoid the voice. When I finished praying, I made the sign of the cross. "In the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit" and miracle happened!!!!!! The music stopped!!!!! I put my ears against the wall between us and the neighbor I could hear nothing ... Oh my lord ,I could not believe it!!!! Finally it is quite ...after weeks of suffering. Thank you Lord...thank you mother Mary Oh mother Mary pray for us and I love you, I promise you that I will let my kids to love you even more.

I had the same problem as you and it was ALL NIGHT and ALL DAY. I felt Like I was going mad, I have not thought about the Rosary much but very often I say an Our Father for what may be my over-sensitive ears, at one time I was classified as partially deaf. I still hear all-night and all day annoying noise and unlike you I cannot find anyone to blame for it except perhaps the local Council and their electrics (which they all think we should be grateful for and not criticise them or complain).

At one picnic, a woman came up to me and say that I must be a Catholic because of the rosary around my neck. I told her that if she knows this is a rosary than she also a Catholic person too. Sadly, she told me that she left church for over 30 years. I took off my rosary and gave it to her and told her that this rosary is very precious to me, but I want her to have it. I gave her my phone number and told her that if she does not want the rosary any more then call me. Three months later, she called me, cry, and wanted to end her life. I drive to her house and took her to the church and pray rosary together. Two days later, this lady called and tell me that she and her husband just got hire and will be working again soon. She now coming back to the church and praying the rosary daily. In addition, her husband recently convert to Catholic. I told the husband that someone in his family was once a Catholic and was praying for him. The husband was so shocked and told me that his dad was a Catholic but does not practice.

Here's my other story that I am happy to share. My daughter who was born in June 2005 with a complicated condition of her heart , had a whole in her heart with other complications. She was brought to New Zealand from Samoa for an operation to fix her heart, but surgeons all agreed that the operation would be difficult and they were not sure of any successful outcome due to many complications. So they resolved that, my daughter would be better off taking daily spirolactone and lasix medications to help prevent fluid from the lungs, etc. They said she could live up to 2 or up to 5 years. We requested the carmelite sisters in Samoa to pray for my daughter and up until now, they are still praying for my daughter and many others. My daughter is now 15 years old living life in New Zealand like normal, although she still has a hole in her heart. I believe in prayers of those who constantly do this.

I don't remember a single day of my life after I received my First Holy Communion that I did not say my daily rosary except for thirteen days when I was in a coma due to a brain haemorrhage. And the first thing I did when I woke up not knowing what had happened to me, you guessed it, I started to say my rosary in my mind because I didn't have my beads in the ICU. That's the power of the Rosary.

My story about my late grand father, was converted to Catholics because of my late grand mother in Samoa. They were some of the very strong practising Catholics (and Christians) I had ever known. They pray the Rosary when they arrive often very early before the mass started at their Church every day at every mass, they attend masses every day, they pray the rosary constantly at home, morning, noon, at 3pm at family service in the evening and midnight from they sleep. They would pray the rosary everywhere they go, be on bus, in a taxi, on a boat while doing their chores, without any care who's around. They held our family together to pray and attend mass every day, and behave and act like true Christians. My late grand father at his old age (bed ridden), he lost his rosary, and he was really sad about it. A few weeks later, someone of our family saw that he was holding his rosary in his hand. That person asked him where he found it and he said, the woman came and put his rosary in his hand but he does not know who she was. We suspected it was Mother Mary. Not long after, he passed away. I have never made efforts to pray the rosary (except when I was in a family prayer together in my younger days). Now I want to get a rosary and get back to pray the rosary and be like my late grand parents. I've learnt how committed they were to Catholics faith and practice and they were people of integrity. I must become like them too. I am feeling enslaved by "sin" of the flesh and all that I am desperate for God's healing.

The Power of the Rosary is grate indeed. I used to pray it by myself. With tears in my eyes I asked Jesus that I would like my husband to , some day pray with me, (for I would ask my husband to pray with me and some times he would, but just to please me) and now my husband and I pray the Rosary as one person, and our devotion and miracles have increased.

Thank you. I really appreciate that so much! Yours is a beautiful story of Mary's grace, and it's very encouraging indeed! We are so blessed that God lets His grace come through Mary and the Rosary. I do believe that my husband will pray the Rosary with me eventually, and that after that our children, even when they are young adults (which they are already, ages 17, 19, and 21), will pray a Rosary with us every week, too, if not daily. I know I must be patient, pray very much, and meanwhile just love my husband and children and wait for God to bring them back to the Catholic Church. (Just not yet aware of it. 🤐) My point in telling you above is simply, don't lose Hope. I have seen, experienced, & have benefited from, so many miracles, there's very Little I need to "Take on/in, Faith".... I'd have to be Brain Dead NOT to believe that not only is Jesus Himself The Word of God, the RCC is HIS Instruction Manual & it contains the Emergency First Aid supplies we need to make it Home from this War Zone...😎❣️☦️

Amen and well said, Kathleen. Thanks! I will pray for your children to return home to the Catholic faith; please pray for mine, too. I think when my husband returns it will be the "green light" for our children to "go" and reclaim the faith of their Baptism. It may take a while, though. My husband has always resisted everything about being a spiritual/religious leader for our family and is really reticent to pray with me. But I believe God is working in his heart; I've seen the subtle changes. Agreed. It is impossible not to see God's hand in things! When we believe we can see better. Praise God! Anyway, thanks for your encouragement! I am sure your love for your children, as grown up as they are, will be a part of the grace God uses to bring them back home. He wants us all in heaven with Him, and, exactly as you said, our One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church offers the full bag of truth and tools to help us get there. God will pull them back. You and I just need to LOVE LOVE LOVE them. God is good.

I have prayed the rosary novena and experienced many signal graces. It's supposed to be the strongest prayer outside of the mass.

When non-Catholic Christians tell me the Rosary is "repetitious prayer" or "idolatry" I tell them the saying that anyone who prays the Rosary every day will either stop sinning or stop praying the Rosary, so it's no wonder the devil tries to get people to stop praying it. So far none of them has come up with a comeback to that.

+KA Fleury Great comeback , you cannot pray the rosary everyday and keep sinning it isn't possible , certain sins fall away from you. I love the Blessed Mother for helping me . Yes the Lord could have done it by himself but Jesus choose his mother to be my mother and me her son. I put on her brown scapular and my addiction to certain sins left me that's the power of God right there. Therefore the Blessed Mother has amazing intercessory prayer power with her son.

I have stopped struggling with sins and I have seen so many miracles I pray it as much as I can and slowly it takes about 20 minute full

When I pray the rosary and kneel down for at least part of it I feel this presence and my body literally moves back and forth I know it’s a very powerful prayer

it happens to me aswell.

I was abandoned and disowned by my mother as an adult after she had worked me on the family farm like a mule for 30 years. I prayed the Rosary once a week for a year. An older wayward sibling died and Mom blamed me saying "You killed him!" because I got a post graduate degree to make him jealous and straighten his ways. Though my body is broken I've been able to make sound investments and earn a living. I do pray myself to sleep with the rosary though. Most times I finish. I also pray the Luminous Mysteries.

I remembered this beautiful lady who so devoted to praying the Holy Rosary since she was a child later then she turn 12 she admired this young actor , she collected most of his photos and keep it . Every time she go to church she always prayed her ideal man to marry someday , that guy is tall , dark and handsome , same with the description of the young actor that she really admired. Later on she went to college and became more devoted praying holy Rosary . One day she was at school a lady came to her and offer her to do commercial . She ignore it , but the lady still bother her all the time until she say yes , and the lady told her that she going to have a partner and that guy was the actor that she really admired , she was shocked and so happy. Later on the lady and the actor fell in love . Now they lived more than 20 years . She still devoted praying the Holy Rosary . Our blessed mother do a lot of miracles.

This morning I woke up with a heavy heart and much stress. I decided to pray my usual morning rosary. I didn't pray/ask for anything but just sat down and started praying the rosary. Before I finished reciting it, my heart felt a lot lighter and it was as if a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. 😊

Something like that happened to me too. one day I was feeling so depressed that I went to my room to lay down on my bed then I got the idea of praying my rosary as I started praying , it was so weird , because I felt this sensation like something going through me from the top of my head and exiting through the tip of my toes , then all at once I felt so good all of a sudden just like that the depression just disappeared ! it was so wonderful !

I was born again in 1987 and went to Mass almost every day. I had no intention of taking up the rosary again, felt that I was doing enough, lol. A visitor brought a copy of Padre Pio' s Read This or Rue It, about praying for souls in purgatory. I was overcome with compassion for them and fell into a deep spirit of prayer of the rosary and I started seeing visions of the dead, asking for help, in the abyss of nothingness in darkness. A few days later, I started to experience miracles, early Saturday morning just before Christmas, I saw in my mind, a basket of pink rose petals falling around me with their delicate scent. In the most unlikely places, I smelled the pungent scent of a fragrant cigar, a bouquet of flowers and incense. This always accompanied deep intense rosaries, especially for the dead. Cigar scent I learned later, as I never before heard of Padre Pio, is his signature.

Pray for me, for me to pray every day.

I've been praying the rosary daily for about 18months.....a suggestion from a friend....to help me in my marriage.... Recently, actually...27 days ago, another friend told me about a 54 day rosary Novena.....its 27 days of petition (3×9) & 27 days of Thanksgiving.....with a single intention.....I also walk as I pray....& in my country many people do not consider it safe for a woman to walk alone... .but I feel safe knowing that I never walk alone. Mary & Jesus are always with me

I prayed the Rosary and 10 years being a Barren Woman God opened my womb with twins. That I never got to see because people do what they did, and my Husband's Family did what they did. I continue to pray the Rosary and another pregnancy came about two years later. That were destroyed in a ultrasound. I am Truly A Mother in Jesus Christ. My marriage was blessed by a saint Pope John Paul before he went Home to Our Lord Jesus Christ. Always tell your Truth and stick by it. It may not be just for you only but may be a blessing for others. Like the Flowers God put in my marital garden. That my Family and others plucked out. My first announcement was at age 48 and second at almost age 50 naturally with no Ivf. Where I Live when it and where it happened I am asking God to bless all who saw and participated in the miracle. God Thank you for Existing and showing me How powerful your Holy Heavenly Powers of God Truly are.

This Father inspires me a lot how to love God and mother Mary more and more by endorsing me to pray rosary everyday. Now I have made my mind to pray rosary everyday . I will make my rosary as my weapon against the evil things . Better spend 30 min to pray rosary rather than spending a lot of time on trivial things . Thanks father you have waken me up by strengthening my faith on Trinity and love God more .

The Rosary gave me power over my teacher. She was really bad, but when I began to Pray the Rosary, God saved me spiritually and from her as well

when I was 8 yrs old my grandmother forced me to pray to the rosary before I go to sleep but we also prayed every day at 6 pm and I had a dream that Jesus and Mary appeared to me.

Praying the rosary gave me peace of mind, helped me overcome my depression and anxiety and really changed my life.. Thank u Lord God..Thank u Mama Mary..

I prayed Rosary since I was young child. Because my mom was devoutly to prayed Rosary everyday at 6am and 6pm. Now, I am a mom too I am trying to encourage my 10 year old son to pray with me the Rosary. God, bless my son Dominic a grace to follow me to pray Rosary everyday. Jesus I surrender my son unto You. It is nice to hear the young ones these days going back to prayer,..... i remember back in 1970, i was going through a very bad time with panic attacks, i didn't know to handle them, all i was told that i needed medication and counseling, i even went to my local chapel at the time and asked a the priest for some hope, but all that i was told was seek medical advice...... later in 1987 i was still suffering panic attacks, i was with my x wife at the local town, and i saw a catholic shop that sold all kinds of books and rosaries and medals, i felt drawn to go in and look around, i went to the back of the shop, and i saw these books on Mother Mary, small books with Mary on the cover, something made me pick it up and look at the front and back cover, and i had a very strong feeling to buy this book, then i saw a blue rosary near by and my eyes was drawn to them, i bought them that day and did some other shopping that day before returning home.... that night after a meal, i went up to my room as i knew a panic attack was coming on and i didn't want my children seeing me in that panic state of shaking and trembling and being breathless of being choked......as i sat there on the bed, i opened the book of Mother Mary and read through each page as i was having my panic attack... and as i read the book i was asking my self deep inside if you are true Mother Mary, please help me and forgive my sins of my past.... i wasn't a practicing catholic at the time due to some things in my teenage years as boys at that age know..... any way i read the little blue book on Mother Mary and it spoke of praying the rosary and how to do the complete rosary in steps... so i started to do the rosary to Mother Mary that night....at first i felt nothing much... a little pace came into me... but many weeks later....one night i was sitting up in bed as i do when i go to bed.. due to panic attacks... i just lay there as my wife fallen asleep and our kids are in the other rooms... all of a sudden...this glow came into our room....and it lit up all the room....and my eyes saw Mother Mary standing at the base of my bed.... she had the most wonderful smile i have ever seen in my life... she was the most beautiful woman i have ever met.... and i knew from that moment who she was...Mother Mary the devoted Mother to Jesus Her Beloved Son....i turned to my wife who was sleeping at the time and that i know she is a lite sleeper in all the years i have known her... so i shook her hard to wake her up and she never stirred... i shook her again and again and no response... Mother Mary said "Do not worry for your wife is in a deep slumber and no harm has become her.... so i called out to my children in the next rooms... no one of them came through...Mother Mary said "They too are in a deep slumber also and no harm has come to them".... i said to Mother Mary... why have you come to me... for i am a sinner and done much wrong in my life, many good people have gone to chapel and churches every week without fail and they are more deserving than me to see you...Mother Mary smiled at me and said...My Dear son...do you not understand that what you hold deep inside you is more dear that why is outside you, i know your heart better than you do, since when you where child you believed in my Son Jesus you held that close to your heart....a prayer with true heart and loving towards my Son is very important...many lack that in them, their hearts are stone and seek material things of this world they see the image of the Sacred Heart but they do not come in a true heart...first they must repent all their sins and forgive those who have sinned against them and truly mean that from a true heart for that is more important....Mother Mary spoke to me on many things that night and it was so very loving to see her for real and not just an image in the chapel when i was a young lad....Mother Mary parting words to me was "My Dear Son I Am Your Mother Now and Who Ever You Touch They Shall Know" and also said " Be not concerned of the flesh for that is here on earth for a short time, but be concerned of the soul for that is eternal and lives for ever....and just at that point Mother Mary raised her hands towards me and smiled...then light came out from Her heart and hands and came flowing over to me in my bed, and floods of tears came down my cheeks like a river....i have never in all my life felt a love like that ever as long as breath in this world, is was a live of a mother love for her first born child but a million times fold or more but words alone can not express it nor can understand the true meaning of Heavenly love....i have tried explaining to many people over a 36yrs now of that visitation of Mother Mary to me that night... it did not go down to well with many... i was called crazy, not all there and needed medical help and even someone of the cloth said the same thing.. i have been to see many different councilors in my early years but they could not give any advice on the matter... all i know that night back in 1987 was so very true and real...i will never let it go from me ever...i will say to anyone who reads this message...be of a true heart and soul for the Lord Jesus, you cant hide from His truth and He will know if you speak the truth of Him...for you are a child of the God love Him with a true heart and forgive those who have hurt you in the past and repent for all that you have done since your childhood till now, please do not hold back anything or you will hold back Grace and forgiveness...bless you Dear Ones....

@@stu5385 Mama Mary helped me a lot. I also have anxiety attacks. I will always think of mama Mary holding me and being with me during those difficult times in my life and It helps and calms me. I also have a lot of answered prayers through her intercession. Can't thank Jesus enough for giving us her mother to be our spiritual mom too. I once dreamt of mama Mary. She was so beautiful, you cant explain her beauty its perfect and out of this world beauty. and my heart literally was jumping for joy seeing her in my dream. She was looking at me and nodding, telling me that yeah its true, its her that I was seeing and that she is showing herself to me in my dream. I keep on pinching myself in my dream cause I can't believe it cause I feel I don't deserve it also knowing that I am a sinner. I will never forget that dream till the day I die.❤️

To get used to praying the rosary just start to pray it . You will form the good habit as you get closer to Jesus .life becomes better and things change for the best you have more grace to conquer sin and practice virtue. Just start!

Thank you Father. I appreciated your insights and enthusiasm. One thing I want to share though. I had heard that rumor about falling asleep many years ago. I was skeptical, and didn't try it until a few years ago. At that time, I was facing THE MOST DiFFICULT time of my life. Serious health conditions, my husband's abandonment of me and my daughters and more. Nightmares and concerns made me afraid to fall asleep. Though I prayed during the day, I admit, I tried the rosary as a means of getting much needed rest, hoping I would fall asleep to it and it would be finished for me. It worked. For about a week, maybe two it was the only way I could rest and fall asleep. I continued praying it before sleep, but soon found I could finish and then sleep. That was 2 years ago. I still pray at least five decades a night, sometimes even a complete rosary. I am more dedicated to the rosary than ever before. I hope those first few were finished for me, or that they at least did no harm nor offended our mother and father. I am so thankful for what they continue to accomplish.

As a growing boy in a strict catholic family we always prayed the rosary nightly without fail. During summer in May and October, all the cousins (at least 30 of us) who lived in the family compound residence would have to participate in praying the Rosary at 3 pm with our an aunt (who never married) leading the prayer in the small chapel where we had the life-size crucifix of our Lord and a smaller Our Lady of Lourdes statue and other religious icons on the side we walls. Imagine, all of us would have to stop playing at the gong of the grandfather clock that was near the veranda where we played. We had to kneel on the bare wooden floor until we finished praying that included the Loreto Litany. Our reward, included popsicles, scoops of ice cream from our favorite ice cream man who would stand by the gate knowing that his supply from his cart would be obliterated in no time and paid for by our favorite aunt who loved all her nephews ans nieces.

Every time I recite the rosary I have enormous peace that is unexplainable I believe there is power in praying the rosary

How does one get a Rosary? Can anyone get a rosary

I say the Rosary first thing in the morning and I don't care if the sky is falling I say it because what more can I worry about except God and his will for me. I pray for those around me, my family, my friends, the Church, people who are suffering and the world. After all prayer from us is the only thing God doesn't have until we give it to him.

Since I discovered how to pray the Rosary, my life's totally changes... I am fearless of any battles because I know, i'am not fighting any longer with my strength but instead with the mediation of Holy Marry, I am fighting with the blood of Jesus Christ...

I love praying the Rosary with my children daily... Thank you Mother Mary...

I started praying the rosary every morning and everything became positive in my life. My relationship with my bf is stronger and better than before, my family business stopped having problems, and best of all I was just happier. I just felt warm all the time even when it was freezing outside.

Before I prayed daily one mystery of the Most Holy Rosary but now I am trying to pray daily the four mysteries joyful, luminous, sorrowful and glorius. I need to pray a lot for my family, neighbors, friends and even for those who offended us so much. Pray for them because they need prayers for their convertion.

Let us pray the rosary for more vocations to the Priesthood and Nuns worldwide.

Great video! I love the Rosary and I pray it everyday, it is a beautiful prayer and very powerful indeed.

I PRAY the mysteries of the ROSARY 2 - 3 times daily, etc. And when I tried MANY times to quit cigaretes during 1998 - 1999, I couldn't make it. One evening I went outdoors & prayed few rosaries (May 17, 99) and since then I NEVER smoke again really. Saba K. and I was born in Middle East, now Christian Catholic & Canadian.

this is a very beautiful video...i am new to the faith..i experienced same thing when i started rosary...i use to feel sleepy, used to yawn and was dificult for me to keep my eyes open....but i felt someone was pulling me back from praying. Fortunately i have Younger brother who use to join me (he use to take initiative) and i used to sit nd just try to pull my thoughts.... Rosary works very beautifully. I read few people how they claim that u dont need rosary to get close with god. but i feel its a shield so you can get more close to the god.. i pray to get my self baptized, so i can receive his mercy.

Alok a fellow Catholic from India here. You should try and go for a divine retreat centre in Kerala and do a Bible retreat.

Just stumbled upon this video and so glad I did. I decided to say the rosary everyday during lent this year but we were about 5days into lent when I made the decision. So I will continue it for 5 days after lent and more than likely beyond. It's such a nice way to start my day. Thanks for the stories of miracles that you shared. It gives me even more reason to say the rosary daily.

All of us as a Christian have a different experience in life . When I was growing up I always enjoyed going to Church. In fact there was only one Church to where I was and that Church was a Catholic Church . I recieved my communion and baptized. I didn't really know how to pray until the Lord thought me how to pray on my dreams. The prayer I have learned from him was the rosary.

And now the same armies are at our doors once again, yet the Rosary has been forgotten.

many years ago, when I was pursuing a prof. license, I kept praying rosaries for passing the licence exam. Shortly after the exam, I traveled to South Korea. In an afternoon, while I was walking with my sister on a empty street, I looked up to the sky, it was completely blue, and there was no cloud. I asked the sky in my mind： "Have I passed the exam?'' in Cantonese (合格未呢？dialect in Hong kong). Immediately, an adult's voice(i can't tell if it was a Man's or a woman's voice), as loud as thunder, shouted from the blue sky said "PASSED" in Cantonese(合格啦~). As I heard the voice, a power of faith, (external power, just as when you have an electric shock, you know it's external power) suddenly appeared and grew inside my body, it grew bigger and bigger and made me felt as if I was reading a result slip which showed that I had passed all subjects. I then remembered I had also prayed rosary for FAITH, that's strong enough to make my wish came true. Later, I returned home and received the result slip which showed I passed all the subjects. Since then, I have no doubt that rosary creates miracles.

My Mom said the rosary everyday, now I do it everyday, believe me it works

The Rosary delivered me from evil a few times. I would like to be cured from my head pain so I continue. We also need to pray fervently for young men to have a true desire to become priests and martyrs for Jesus.

Lovely and powerful speech by Father Joseph. Just loved it. I pray the Rosary daily but it took me years to convert.

I find the Rosary is more effective when prayed the 15 decades every day. Sometimes due to sickness or being busy I can't pray the 15 decades but then I pray 10 or 5 decades.

Ye. we can spend countless hour online but not half hour for rosary?

I actually had a Catholic friend tell me she doesn't have time to pray the Rosary. So many unfaithful Catholics!

Nobert Paul on the evenings when I pray my Rosary I often think the same thing....how I’m relieved to be praying my Rosary but so few don’t spend 15-30 minutes to do the same for our Blessed Mother.

My mother used to pray the Holy Rosary waking around the patio..I pray the Rosary gardening. Blessings!

And my mom along with her mom had the habit of doing the rosary while they were cooking, washing or doing work... they never gossip or complain that their lot is hard... to me it was as if it gave them strength, patience to bare with anything... their silent meditation of rosary as they worked was not an easy task, but needs great penance to do so...

i have so many struggle in my life but of them i over come because of praying the holy rosary. last year my daughter struggle in her life with an illness but because we are praying rosary we can overcome of it. truly how powerful the prayers especially when u ask help mamy mary by praying rosary

Concentrating on the mysteries while praying the rosary is somewhat difficult because your mind tends to roam so I try as hard to go back again and hope God forgives my lack of attentiveness to the mystery.

I was saved from getting in car accident, many times, and getting tickets, everything that's happened in the road I had the rosery in my hand and I was praying, and I was always been saved through the mercy of Christ.

Power of the Rosary is amazing. Say all of them all day. If you are a mum at home and your kids are at school, then say all the four Rosaries throughout the day and it's amazing. The Most Holy Rosary is the best one. God Bless you all. Do the Divine Mercy after it.
