Got sick with Chron's disease 6 years ago. Quarantine to a room 128 days with nurses and staff !!!! Brothers and sisters and even my momma turned they back and left me for dead!!!! This is the time they were waiting on because they are weak people and God made me stronger than them. I laid there days and many lonely night walking the hallways !!!! I learn to LOVE and be my best friend !!!! And I wouldnt trade those 128 days for nothing. Cause it made me stronger than I ever been in Life..... 52 years young and SOLO DOLO ,😂😂😂

Its easy to FOCUS on goals when I'm alone, absolutely no distractions.

Coming home to a quiet and empty home is beautiful. I like people in small doses. I spend 95-98% of my time alone. "Absence makes the heart grow fonder" and " familiarity breeds contempt".

I learned this years ago. Yes, sometimes I miss intimacy and sex but it passes. Keep your focus on God... Matthew 22:36-40... "you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandant"

Majority have not mastered being alone and happy so when you're one who does, makes others around very envious. Makes no sense either way but all too common with many.

Me too definitely. I really absolutely enjoy my own company. The challenge for me is in the work setting…..even when you do solo jobs people still love to want to get together for ANY occasion at work and that’s not my preference and when they see this they take offense and start attacking and judging….so be it 😊 I’ll work on finding peace anyway. Working on my inner peace at the job sites. 🙏🏿

The problem with our people is we so GUNG HO on being POPULAR from when we are KIDS that many of the youth actively avoid being by themselves, thus avoid learning to be by themselves. Even when I was in junior high in the early 2000s I would still hang out by myself even if I was hanging with friends earlier in the day. After school we would hang out but afterwards later in the evening I would still explore the city. By 21 I already had several places in the city I was familiar with, date spots, arcades, etc. which is always a conversation piece.

I am learning to be alone, it looks like that's what it's going to be. I am a people pleaser which I have learned. I have to fight the urge to not go around people who never come around to see me. After awhile I get tired of the feeling that people want visit or call me. I am accepting the fact that this is it, sooo being alone is starting to be rewarding.

I had to tell a homie this Robin Williams quote last year when I was in town for the Holidays, because he kept telling me I should get a girlfriend, or a wife, as if that's always been easy to do, especially these days. He talks this way because he finally got a girlfriend for the first time in years, and he finally got that big house, which is how he got that girl. Not he feels like he can say anything. The last time he called me, which was recently, he said he married that girl. Btw, he fits that description to the T, as someone who lets every woman know he's weak being alone. And as a result, his wife talks to him anyway she wants. I saw that starting to get to him later, but I see he married her anyway. When I spoke to him recently, when he told me he married that girl, he still continued telling me I should get a girl. Even his girl once told him, "shut up", after hearing him tell me that before. Even after telling him that Robin Williams quote when I was in town, and even after telling him some of the things you mentioned in your video, including being single over being with somebody that makes you miserable, and how I didn't want to be in that situation, he still can't seem to stop telling me I should get a girl, or get married. It's starting to sound more and more like a mental problem. Instead of just telling him not to worry about me, I told him, "If you don't know a decent girl to turn me on to, than don't worry about me". Plus he's that type who likes for you to listen to him, why he cuts you off every 10 seconds. I got on him about that too. We wound up practically hanging up on each other...and I'm good with that...getting too old for the nonsense. I feel like there's only a few people on this planet that are use to being alone like me, especially after I relocated. Plus I was only in two long term relationships, not including my daughters mother when I was 19. But I had a lot of short term girlfriends. It didn't come over night, but I learned to be very content with being alone, except when certain people continue to open their big mouths, like that soon to be ex-buddy...if he ain't already.

I have a question need people advice on this. I’m in a relationship we aren’t living together currently planning on moving together what’s crazy is we only have sex once a month. Like maybe she doesn’t desire me hell the way I feel no woman desires me I make close to 4k a month around $870 a week I make more then her yet in that department we barley do anything. Should I leave and say the hell with women because I’ve also been used and cheated on in every relationship I’ve ever been in I’m giving her the benefit of the doubt but I doubt she’s being faithful.
