Mine won't mask automatically and won't track, any ideas?

Hmm not too sure. The only thing I could think of is if you have it set to paintbrush it only masks what you click, when you have it on the stroke setting it masks what you swipe the line on, there’s a small dot on the bottom right of the brush and eraser that lets you switch between the two. After that you should be able to click on tracker and then click the arrow to have it automatically track, hope this helps and thank you for watching!
