    I'm pretty sure he's met a lot of Marvel's characters and is a big thing in the Marvel universe, I recall a thing where a new villain wasn't even taken seriously because he hadn't even fought SPiderman yet, that just tells you how popular Spiderman is in his world.

    Sooo....you think that comment was serious (it's not, just in case you still haven't picked up on that, and I'm pretty sure you need to be told this), and you just had to comment on it and add your 2 cents when it's not needed (because most other people seeing it probably already know it's not serious). On top of all that, you did this when my comment is 7 YEARS OLD! You're not the first one seeing this here, but you are the first to be mentally messed up enough to take it seriously and feel the need to say something, probably because "you're offended", meaning your sense of humor is....well, let's just be polite and say it's lacking. BTW, I have actually used that line and example with some women who were comic fans. Not easily offended prudes, I don't waste my time on such people. But women who are looking for new and exciting people, things to do, someone who's really fun to be around...these kind of women love a good "bad" joke, and they're pretty fun in bed too. Now, if you're still offended and feel the need to say something about morals and right vs wrong....don't bother and stfu. I am not you, I don't live like you, never would bother trying to, and I also don't need or want your respect or approval to live my life as I see fit. And neither do the ladies I spend my time with (actually, they probably wouldn't want to associate with you either, because your moral BS is rather boring). Sooo....keep you morals to yourself and don't spread it on the internet. No one wants it, and it's a lot like dropping your pants online and showing people what you've got....exactly what you're trying to say is wrong and ill-received. Follow your own advice, buddy...

    Galactus as a Herald of a "man" is the ultimate story telling

  • @Jirodyne

    @Jirodyne

    7 жыл бұрын

    Not really, and this actually breaks the lore even. lol. After all, when Galactus Dies, it should have released Abraxas again. But it didn't. Next is that Galactus himself, like Eternity, Death, and the other Cosmic Entities, are a Constant in the Universe and they server a role that is of a higher calling than any other being except one that takes them out and takes over that role. So how can he be a Herald, a messanger, a servent, to a mortal being. Even if that being is Franklin. It would throw out balance in the universe, and the Living Tribunal should have stepped in. Then again, the Living Tribunal should have stepped in against the Mad Celestials too, since they were upsetting things on a Multiversal level.

  • @matttyner1808

    @matttyner1808

    7 жыл бұрын

    +jirodyne I think that's the point. You pointed out the constants in the Marvel Universe and Franklin is one of them. C'mon, we all knew he was the Marvel equivalent to Jesus for the longest time. Even with All New All Different Marvel, the Richards family and Molecule Man are rebuilding the Multiverse, so to say that Franklin having Galactus as a herald is funny is kind of insulting. Why would the One Above All or The Living Tribunal have to step in to maintain balance when the story itself is about maintaining the balance? That act of The Counsel of Reeds itself was what threw off the Multiverse's balance and the decision of the Earth 616 Reed was the step to putting it back in order. There was no need for any other beings to step in because The One Above All knew that Franklin wouldn't fail because He won't let him fail, he's Marvel Jesus!

  • @Jirodyne

    @Jirodyne

    7 жыл бұрын

    Matt Tyner Franklin isn't a Constant. As far as I know, paying attention to all these comics and stories, there are only TWO Franklins in the ENTIRE multiverse. That's the current one, and the future one. There isn't an all powerful One Above All power leveled one in other universes as far as I know. If Franklin was a Constant in the multiverse, he would have a purpose to fulfill and would either have a copy in each multiverse, or 1 that was outside the multiverse. But other than creating the multiverse once again with Moleman and Reed, we never see him go beyond his own universe. In his own created universes inside his main universe, yes. But never step out into a different one, short of the Negative Verse where Annilius was, where he just shot some lasers from his hands. But anyways, this it leading up to my point. That being that as powerful as Franklin is, even in the future, from the looks of it Franklin is only a 'world class hero' I think it's called. He can effect the Universe, the Multiverse, everything. But he stays on earth, focuses on earth, does nothing outside of earth. But Galactus is a Universe wide entity, and is traveling the whole universe constantly to destroy worlds. What's more, it's Future Franklin coming back in time that revives Galactus, not the current time one. What happens when Franklin goes back into the Future?

  • @llyrghmnghyll

    @llyrghmnghyll

    Franklin is unique in storytelling as he is a stand in for both the reader, Jesus, and God. Someone who imagines they are the center of the universe, one who must prepare to be the center of the universe and one who is the center of the universe. As such stories about Franklin are difficult because the question is never 'What can he do?", but much more "what can he do without disrupting all of reality?". Ultimate power is not about beating a villain, it's about self control. And that's why I love Franklin Richards.

  • @llyrghmnghyll

    @llyrghmnghyll

    There is plenty of evidence that Franklin is just a different stage of the one above all. for multidimensional beings strict timelines are irrelevant. Franklin may have been born in his own creation and grown outward from there. it doesn't make sense in four dimensions but reality shapers aren't 4 dimensional beings.

    The future Franklin came from a past where his dad died and he never had his powers until later, he awoke the "new" young Franklin's powers earlier, so young Franklin would theoretically develope to be much stronger than the adult one here.. That's why Adult F suddenly had his reality falling apart, cuz it no longer existed since he changed his younger self, saving his dad

    It would be a complicated to portray as it would need more than one movie, and with Hickman's style of not explaining thing until the end, people will be turned off for a while if ever excited at all, except for a couple of fans. However, if this was to be made it could absolutely be an entire MCU filmography by itself. So maybe in the looooong future we can see it flourish. We can only hope by keeping this stories relevant for the generations to come.

Othere than than... maybe they can take the Ultimate Universe solution of using the Ghal Akh Thus Swarn created by the Kree, which in a way ties to the Inhumans which is a property they want to push into the spotlighs.

    WOW this was amazing! I normally listen to your full stories while at work as background noise but I must say I was caught off guard at how emotionally distraught I was with the death of Johnny Storm, then again with Bens grieving with the help of Hulk and Thor. As if that wasn't enough when Sue Storm getting back up and fighting when things looked like it was all over the tears started rolling yet again only to be turned into tears of joy at the sight of her amazing Mothering skills in the embodiment of her two grown children was amazing. To end it with tears one more time when Franklin revived and summoned Galactus to him as his herald.....Lets just say it was a very emotional day at work today. Thank you for your Impeccable and comprehensive story telling of this great run by Johnathan Hickman.

    I just figured that is probably what you meant, but proper grammar is important in comment's on KZread. What you should have said was "the song from judgement day in the movie terminator 3" because the previous movie was called judgement day. I've learned proper grammar is very important on KZread, it helps to clear up confusion.

    yeah i meant the actual event of judgement day in terminator 3, seeing as it was my own comment i responded to i didnt think grammar mattered and more about helping others locate it. but thanks i couldn't remember 3's name anyway, i know 2 was judgement day but the actual event happened in 3 sooooo.

    I completely agree, but it's the problem with comics in general. Because there are so many different writers, what one writer creates should be at least mentioned later on, but the writer after completely forgets or plain doesn't know about said plot line/character. The different writers creates unique developments, but in my opinion the consequences of multiple writers slightly outweigh the benefits.

    So what was the purpose of the mad Celestials? It can't be as simple as conquering/destroying this universe. I doubt that they would freak out about Galactus knowing this since everyone who would see them would assume this.

  • @Gohka

    @Gohka

    6 жыл бұрын

    They were "mad" so I get the feeling they were literally just out to destroy everything they could find. As for why they freaked out about Galactus "knowing" where they came from, maybe they more meant because Galactus knows their origins in any universe, like I mean he doesn't just know they're from universe 398479 or whatever, he knows how they are created, who created them, etc. Plus Galactus is basically simply the counterweight to the Celestials from the 616 universe, he eats the planets that have the "eggs" of Celestials growing in them. Maybe even though they aren't from 616 they still see that as a threat?

    In that panel we see Nathaniel and both the older and young versions of Franklin and Valeria. If Mom and Dad are part of the Fantastic 4, then the kids would be 5 and 6. Nathaniel has this weird galaxy symbol - probably because he's Reed's dad and a time traveler so he's metaphorically "beyond numbering".
