A Portal fan film where a young scientist builds a portal device that allows him to walk through one portal and come out the other. With this new device, he tries a series of comical tests with little success. After viewing his tests, it is up to the members of the board to approve his device.
I built the prop Portal Gun for this film from scratch over a several month period. All of the vfx for this film are original and were created from scratch in Adobe After Effects. Both the music and sound effects are straight from Portal 2.

3:05 never do this without the Aperture Science Innovator's long fall boots. And another thing, being a physics fanatic, the top speed of someone being pulled to the ground is 9.8 meters per second... Maybe it might not apply to Cave Johnson's laws of physics. Eh! I'm still a Newton fan.

the max speed of falling isn’t 9.8 meters per second, that’s the earth’s gravitational acceleration rate

Top speed due to air resistance is typically 55-60 m/s, depending on body position adopted.
