Beautiful car and GT Silver is a mega classy colour in the flesh. I know what you mean about the rear tyres, when I test drove a GT4 and parked next to my M2 Comp I thought I’d had space savers fitted to mine! I’ve spent some time in an f type recently chap Immense cars tbf Sound great too Not sure it’s an entirely fair comparison as they are different price points - however major variation is that I felt the Jag was “sloppy” in the corners and on the edge it felt rather unsettled in comparison to the 911 (or a cayman for that matter) Each to their own - but the porkers come into their own when you are pressing on in the drivers dynamics

You should be happy with this new love. Another league of sports car above M2 Competition for sure. Not just the badge and re-sale value. 911 is a classic with rich heritage. Good to know you didn't choose Taycan. LoL

Still torn between GR Yaris and M2 comp, I love in NI so lots of Twisties and as such you would think GR, but does it feel special enough?

That’s a really tough one chap. I’ve owned a comp (obviously)… I think the answer lies in preference as they are both very capable but have very different driving (living) dynamics. Both come with good creature comforts. The M2 needs more “light touch” and good drive technique to extract the best performance from the car - you obviously won’t use all the power all of the time but does give you huge rewards when you get I right. In the Yaris you can pretty much use all the power most of the time as a “point and go” and as such - it can be more “fun” to drive as you are using all of it. With regards to “special” - I think they both have a special feel to them

That’s sad. I’m not impressed by the 992, friend bought a 992 s Convertible new last year and the worst thing is the steering. How do you like it? My M2 Comp is in another league here.

I mean fair enough chap - have you driven it in anger - I think the steering / front end is leagues above my M2 - but that’s just my opinion

I have a job and a child, making it hard for me to drive alone in this car, or even time to drive it. So here I am, watching others driving it on the Internet.
