They are Called "Porotera" in my country.... we use it to Shoot Beans , and small Rocks . you can even make one with Balloons And the Cap Section of the bottle Continue at Being Awesome Taras

That is so fun to play with, and fling pebbles everywhere. You can do the same thing with a rubber band, water battle nozzle, and a balloon.

I use to make these with the cut off ends of plastic bottles and jumbo balloons. you just make a hole in the cap for the arrow/fletching.
