Anyone could spend weeks and months in their lives figuring things out like Alex Bale but at the end of the day, none of it is meant to mean anything more than just silly goofs. If you find connections, great. People who work for the same company would obviously have access to company's entire library of assets, props and materials. Why would they invent new random characters and assets if they could just go to their massive archives and pull pre-existing items and just throw it in the movies? And it's not like only Pixar do this. Almost all games and media do a habit of reusing textures and assets. Disney also has reused animation frames at the past. At the end of the day, most of it are just references. Again, if you find connections, great. But they were never meant to have any deeper meaning. It's not like all of these movies were made by the same person.
