The story was insane, we took on a colossal zerg - the full force of the What alliance from Whisp. This was it for us, we had accomplished every goal to get to this point, this was the championship for us, the final piece of the pie - the first and most prestigious Castle siege to ever be held...and we had to do it against a giant bot/afk macro abusing alliance that outnumbered us. The massive war was so fun outside the walls. I enjoyed every minute of this fight. ALSO the bgm was so fire for this setup.

This was such a epic battle man. I was so nervous during this whole thing but also excited. I can't wait for more content from you mean this was so much fun!

An epic fight that I was very glad to be a part of! This is lineage 2 on steroids, I wish it was exactly 1hr long (so prep starts 15mins earlier) but that's just nitpicking. I'm impressed that NCSoft actually made this game & kind of gameplay again.

In my opinion, this is the only current game that still breathes siege, pve and pvp content. Look at the size of this siege, it reminded me of movie wars, fierce battles, hundreds of people fighting for victory. This is fantastic. Congratulations NCSOFT, excellent Kanon content.

I have been playing lineage 2 since 2007, I can deal with this lag. Nothing can ever come close to the excitement of sieging a castle as this. I can not wait

As a lineage2 player for so many years, this kind of content makes me so happy

the way music picks up at 6:20 and Kanon starts saying "Keep it up, boys, keep it up" and there is a whole field of red starts showing up in front of him is so sooo epic! damn!

The enemy has been attacking in far greater numbers, but has not won over our unity. They were just busy making personal gains. We may win or lose the next war, but this battle will go down in history!!

Lets go, was the most fun I had in a game.

Can't wait to see more castle sieges in the western version of the game. This autumn will sure be interesting, I heard rumours of some guilds going into Throne & Liberty as pure pvp kings. Plenty of juicy drama and pvp action coming this September. Keep up the content Kanon!

I just picked up T&L, and I won't lie... I have no idea what's going on in that video! When I'm in large group like this, I just smash buttons around as I have no idea where my character even is!

Thank you for sharing all the content for Throne and Liberty. Do you have an explanation for Worldboss/Fieldboss-Loot-Distribution ? I did like 90-100 Worldbosses (all with mass people) and never got a single loot, not even green one. I try to tab/target the boss as soon as possible and spam all my best rotas and skills as fast as possible, more I can not do, but never ever get a single drop. So how does loot work for the bosses ?

Honestly, for a lot of people the performance was more than playable when you're comparing just how many people are fighting and how much is going on. I'll happily drop some frames to fight a monumental battle of that size. For me personally though my performance was around 60-80 FPS which I'll take for a large scale war. (14700k, 3080, 32GB DDR5 RAM) I believe there's a current issue tbf that causes memory leak, two players in my guild crashed in the siege, one with 32gb RAM, one with 64Ggb RAM, both topped out at 100% when plenty of others were fine - hits the performance ofc itself

Large scale PvP looks like a shitfest as always due to the fps drop. Just like in every mmorpg ever, sadly. Kanon also probably has like 10x better PC than my own, so I'm expecting 3 fps in this. Hopefully smaller scale PvP and PvE is fun. Trying the game out tomorrow. C:

dude, playing melee in these types of TARGET games is suicide, literally this type of massive content is designed exclusively for ranged characters... they are the only ones who die less, the melee die and they don't even know who killed them.. It really makes me feel like I'm part of a huge processed meat machine, I already live in a reality like that, where I'm insignificant... I don't want to live it here too hahaha xd

These coms are painful to listen to, as an ex-leader of large multiple clan groups myself. No one confirming my instructions are being executed would drive me crazy and affect my performance both as a player on the field and as a leader. Edit: Also, point markers were not used hardly at all in coms "All available members to point 17 immediately" would be an excellent example. You don't even need to open the map to see where the points are.

Yeah I feel you on this, it's definitely very very difficult in this game at least with 20+ guilds working together, 20+ leaders communicating between each other, some translating Korean, and then all those leaders leading their own respective guilds hahaha it's next level on a fight this size at least.

If this game turns out to be good I think I'm going to be dropping BDO. BDO has had waaaaaay too many problems lately between performance and pretty shoddy PvP rebalances, and a sketchy upcoming large-scale rework removing all of the siege equipment... T&L's largescale PvP is looking way better tbh.
