Thank you for this. I am not religious but love visiting cathedrals. They are awe inspiring. Walking in the beautiful countryside then visiting a cathedral is my idea of a perfect day.

Beautiful! Thank you for these episodes. They're very inspiring. I love the history contexts of these videos. I'm new to Religion, not yet baptised but can't wait myself to embark on pilgrimages someday. I know now I'll carry a Breviary, Missal and Rosary.

I’m not Roman Catholic…but…I wish you many blessings and a wonderful relationship with our beloved LORD! Learning about our faith is a process, so be patient with yourself. I’m sure you are eager, and that is a wonderful attribute. Keep searching into our historical church fathers and diverse history, along with the various traditions…it’s truly rich and an added benefit to all our denominations. May our LORD continually bless you and renew your heart!🇨🇦xx🙏xx🇨🇦

@@shelleyhender8537 Thank you! I wish you many blessings as well. I am trying to aquire as many books about Religion as I can. For history, I just now ordered the Folio Society Edition of Reformation: Europe's house divided. And as a lifetime goal, I'll work on getting Fathers of the Church by CUA Press, among other works. The Breviary I pray from is called Divine Worship Daily Office C.E. which is taken from the Anglican tradition. Also use Divine Intimacy which has great meditations based on liturgical year. Praise God, Our Lord Ascended into Heaven! Alleluia God Bless

@@Paul9443 Oh Paul ~ your plans to expand your knowledge sounds tremendous! But, your dedicated prayer life is even more commendable…we all need to focus on this practice in our ever increasing tumultuous world. However, I feel you touched on another important facet of our faith…meditation. We can pray, but it’s equally significant to meditate and listen to our beloved LORD. On a separate note…I have been researching and exploring the Messianic roots of our faith and have found them to be profoundly rewarding! Do you have an interest in such endeavors? My greatest wish is to visit Israel and walk the path of our beloved Messiah and His apostles…a pilgrimage of sorts. To visit the various places our LORD once stood gives me goosebumps. It may sound childlike, but the thought of standing in the very destinations where the earthly presence of our Saviour once stood, fills me with immense joy! I am familiar with the liturgy, prayerful practice, and meditations of the Anglican Church, but it’s such a beautiful thought, knowing you have now embraced the Christian faith. I know you will be baptized, as you are taking this journey exceptionally serious…more of us could certainly follow this example! Welcome dear brother…may the LORD continue to bless you and reveal His abounding mercy, grace and love, as you seek a personal relationship with Him! 🇨🇦xx❤xx🇨🇦 P.S. I was wondering if you lived in the UK?

I don't understand why interiors are described as highly decorated when they're as grey as a shin bone. The constant playing of To Be a Pilgrim is slowly grinding me down.
