AOC has a shot to be the next great story in the NFL think about it he was a walk on at Perdue then a 5th string QB fights to start has a great junior year he would have been a 1st rd pick if he came out but he stays and takes a beating. Goes to the NFL wasn't supposed to start and in a weird year ends up as the 2nd best rookie QB without any starting reps, with a new head coach, limited playbook and a brand new offense and plays good at times as a 4th rd rookie. It's like a Hollywood script the media will eat it up too bad he doesn't have hollywood looks but that may end up being part of the great script none of that would shock me that much he has talent.

Yeah, Minshew is better than people give him credit for. And I don't understand how there's anyone claiming that Aidan will be the starter or even compete for the starting job. We're paying Minshew $12 million per year. He's not being paid to sit on the bench. He's the starter until he proves he's not up to it.

Nah I can’t go higher than a C. Main issues is that the value for who we picked can’t be ignored, plus the guys we left on the board. I’ll confidently sit here and say that if we would have traded back and snatched Worthy from KC plus more draft capital this is easily a better draft. Bowers we could have gotten in a trade, Glaze we could have gotten in a trade back, we took Exhinberg over Rattler who’s far more talented than any qb on our roster. The only two picks I think were perfect value was JPJ and Trey Taylor. And Richardson if he turns into the next Ramsey then he’s our steal but for now as we stand it’s a C

UGA fan. I understand you needed a QB , Brock best pick period. He can do it all. Loves to work and not a diva. 2 TE set will work great. Also he played in SEC against best college defenses. He went up against the 2021 UGA defense everyday. Had 5 drafted in 1st round.

I also believe that the veterans should play until they could figure out when the time to put the draft picks to work will be.

It took me a day to realize great receivers elevate QBs look at what Justin Jefferson did for kirk cousins

People give the Chiefs way too much credit. They played horrible last season and in no way were dominate. If Douche Mcdickels wasn't the HC from the start, the Chiefs wouldn't have won the division. Let that sink in for a second. Even Andy Reid admitted that they had to be awoken towards the playoffs. But let's not anoint them just yet because they got lucky and played their best football in the playoffs. Not to mention they faced teams that weren't experienced and up for the challenge in the playoffs

Let's be real. The Chiefs were pushed into the Super Bowl and given the win because the NFL signed a cross promotion contract with Taylor Swift that had Taylor pretend to be dating Travis Kelce. In that contract, Taylor was promised TV time up to and during the Super Bowl. The unfortunate thing about all this is that the Swifties all tuned in and boosted the NFL's ratings and bought the Kelce jerseys, so now, the NFL is going to keep that going through next season. So, expect the Chiefs to win the Super Bowl this next season, no matter how bad they are, and they were bad last season but clearly propped up by the refs and the NFL.

I hate that we have to kick the can down the road on QB for another year, but I understand the potential value of getting a versatile playmaker like Bowers in order to take pressure off your mid QB. We need to be able to lean on our run game and get creative with the play calling in order to set up some good play action opportunities for AOC (or Minshew). Maybe someone like Bowers gives us more options there. A lot depends on Getsy too. Can he make our offense more efficient and score more TDs? Only time will tell!

Obviously, time will tell, but this was an incredibly average draft. I get the feeling that with Telesco having limited time with the franchise and this being his first draft, he decided to play it safe. Another year will result in "riskier" moves due to familiarity, comfortability, and more connections made with other GMs. I get coming in and not wanting to shake things up. Everyone is overly-hyped by the prospects of Pierce being the new head coach and having an aging, overpaid diva WR. Reality will set in soon enough, and that will grant opportunities for moves to be made. I don't know about any other fan, but I'm not content with watching a sub-.500 team play to barely make the playoffs and get embarrassed in the Wildcard.

The argument that you can play Mayer and bowers together. The raiders signed Harrison Bryant too, already prepared for 2 TE set. Should have drafted Dallas Turner, bigger and faster than Bowers and fills a need at OLB.

Imagine if we would have gave the bears that 6th round for fields Pittsburgh did and we got Brock too and our picks also. that's scary.

I think if this was the case, we could have more realistic goals as far as contending in the division for a long time. It’s too late now but, you can’t teach that ability to run and can’t teach his ability to run, and he’s never had the weapons like he woulda had here. I think it would’ve been a great fit and make this draft an A but without a Franchise QB I can’t go higher than a C

#14 Fuaga would have been better if not for our 2nd pick #15 Latu would have been better since we gotta put the QB down #16 Murphy ranked #1 defensive player in the draft and we passed on him. Yes I'm happy with got a great athlete but we could have had #16 and been even better.

@@andrebailey6676 If you have a shutdown D-line, that takes a lot of pressure off your corners, and you don't really need a shutdown corner. Corners have an easier time covering when the opposing QB has less time to throw the ball.

If there is any Raider fan still upset over getting Bowers instead of a Qb then they need to stop, find a real football coach to teach them the game. All the Qbs in this draft have major question marks. Bowers God willing has an injury free career because he has a real potential to be a Star for a long time!

Still think Latu opposite from Crosby and Wilkerson in the middle would of been insane

Raiders didn’t draft a quarterback once again. They want to convince us fans that paying for those expensive tickets are worth the value and it’s not. Season ticket holders deserve better!

All these casuals and these bitter Carr groupies in disguise defending Telesco and his draft picks will be making excuses later on in the season mark my words! I can't wait and see who they start blaming when the season starts getting difficult although in reality it will be all because Telesco didn't draft the best players available for the positions of need! 💯
