I’m sorry but we will NOT be coming for KC with our QB’s… I understand we couldn’t land a QB in the draft due to the Falcons screwing us over and for whatever reason we didn’t land a worthy starting QB in FA. But our QB’s aren’t it. What’s the point of having all the fire power we have if we don’t have anyone who can get the ball to them? Hopefully we can land a QB next year….

Since Reid has been there, they are 17-3 against us. 17-3!!! I really hope AOC gets it this year and everything clicks, or Minshew blows up because as I’ve said before, there is no point of having all these star players if we don’t have a QB to get them the ball. I don’t try to be a Debby downer, but I’m a realist. I have been a die hard Raiders fan since ‘88 and have been disappointed all these years with the exception of 3-4 seasons. And in those seasons, I was disappointed in the end lol. In the end, I just want them to be competitive. I love the Raiders but they have made it very difficult to be a proud fan….

If there are no QB's available then what else you going to do trade all your picks for a starter? You can't live in the past you can only have hope for the future. We now have a aggressive coach and some more good players coming in. At the end of the season unless you win the superbowl then your season was a loss. Raiders will be much better this year and if not you reload and try again.

LISTEN PEEPS!!! We don't NEED a superstar QB. We need a QB that can extend plays with their feet and protect the football. That's it. We need to keep upgrading our OL, through any means necessary. Parham and James are BACKUPS at best. I am hoping our new Guard (Whitehair) can be a good one. Munford is doing just fine as is Miller. I am sooo happy we didn't give away the farm by trading up. JPJ was an AWESOME get for us!

Koonce has always done well when he got snaps. His win rate is next level and has been since his rookie season. He was still a little raw and not the best run defender, so guys like Ferrell got the snaps. Then they signed Yannick to pair with Maxx, and that wasn't bad, but he is another guy who is awful against the run, so the next season Josh McDaniels made one of his homer moves, and signed Jones to a ridiculous contract so of course, Koonce took a back seat again. He is still a guy I wouldn't want defending the run a lot, but his pass rushing is beyond question at this point.

I'm going to have to disagree with you on Tyree. First and foremost, he was injured when we drafted him and he did not have any off season work. No OTAs, no training camp. He literally got line 2-3 days of practice and then was tossed out there in the Dallas preseason game. If you go back to when AP took over, that's when he finally got his legs under him. If you watch the last game against Denver, he was the one getting triple teamed. Koonce got his 8 sacks thanks to Tryee coming on strong. All 8 of Koonce's sack came when AP took over. Everyone once to call Tyree a bust already clearly forgetting the kid was injured. Watch what he does this year. For those of you who called him a bust, remember that!

I think you said it best, the Raiders are going to be an annoying team to face this year. If they don't beat you and rub it in your face by talking shit and smoking cigars, they're going to at least let you know you played them. They'll be physical, create a lot of pressure, and probably put enough points on the board to give most teams a scare, even in losses. Lots of playmakers on both sides of the ball.

There was not, I repeat, was not, a qb available to the raiders to draft at 13. Trading up was a fool’s move as this team is more than a qb away so wiping out the next 3-4 drafts to take an untested rookie was not going to help. Instead, they draft a potentially generational player plus an absolute rock on the oline. The offense is designed to be west coast with screens, quick outs, running the ball, etc. What good would it do to have an overpriced rookie qb without the pieces to go around him? It’s ball and maul time. The skill positions are as good as any in the league. The oline still needs work. Qb is a long term issue but what they have is better than anything they could’ve drafted. The idea that signing statues like flaco and tannehill is completely absurd. Minshew is on the small side, but he’s mobile and appears to be a gamer. AOC played beautifully in the system down the stretch. Renfrow doesn’t fumble inside the 10 and they beat Minnesota and finish at least 9-8. No, neither one is Patrick mahomes. Get used to it. There’s only one of those. I am concerned about the lack of lockdown corners. Jones is a serious improvement but that’s it. The d line may be one of the best in the league as it sits. Lb’s are still a work in progress but 41 is a stud. This draft sets the team up to get to the next level with potentially generational players plus depth and developmental players. This was a draft run by professionals instead of hacks trying to hit and hope in the early rounds. Hopefully pierce and TT get luckier than their predecessors and we finally see some real contributions from the early draft choices. The hit rate on early round centers and guards is over 70%. Qb’s hit at under 40%. Build the team, don’t overspend, and plug in the qb when the right one becomes available. Remember, Jim plunkett was dud who’d had his ass completely kicked in New England and sf. This guy stepped in and won 2 super bowls with a 50% completion rate. You don’t have mahomes, Allen, Jackson. Get over it. No amount of whining is going to change that and the only thing that guarantees a marquee first round qb is a 3-14 season or worse. The raiders have been down that road too. Jamarcus Russell was the first player taken and could throw 70 yards from his knees. He also turned out to be a narcoleptic moron who couldn’t understand the playbook. This team has to built from the lines first. That’s football. Just ask Andy Reed, coughlin, bill B, or the Harbaugh’s. Once the foundation is in place, you can draft for splash. Funny- none of them ever seem to, and they never piss away draft picks on flyers. Btw, mahomes didn’t win the Super Bowl. His Dee did. Sure didn’t hurt that he was as good as he was to keep them going when they needed it.

This is a one year ride with Gardner Minshew and it’s a great one year ride because he has a damn good cast around him. Jacoby Myers you mentioned Brock Bowers, who I think was a damn good pick up not only did he fall right to them but yes, he was the best player available, but let’s just be honest here he would’ve been gone way before 13 had he not gotten injured towards the end of the year next year’s quarterback class is gonna be plenty just as good as I have confidence at the Raiders they’re not gonna pick in the top 10 I think that they have a chance to go to the playoffs this year and I think they have a chance to beat Patrick Mahomes maybe not sweep that series, but beat them they did it last year there’s new life within that building surrounded when Antonio Pierce took over that was a damn good hire. They botched it when they decided not to listen to their players and higher rich Versace instead of Josh McDaniels, but he burned his own cave, burned his own house down and got his self fired so it worked out either way Antonio Pierce that’s like a breath of fresh air for them. They can breathe now they this is a guy who relates to them. they don’t have to hide how they’re feeling from him. I think they will be a 10 win team. The AFC is kind of tough because 10 wins could get you in and it could also backfire and not have you a spot by percentage but it finally seems like there’s hope within this building. The only signing that I didn’t like from the Raiders was Alexander Madison. I think they could’ve drafted a running back with the third round or the second round.

I'm more worried about the offense of a coordinator that we have. He was fired from the Chicago Bears. I don't think it's play. Calling is gonna do the raiders, any justice.

So just because he was fired from a team all that means that he wasn't a good fit for that team. Doesn't mean he won't be a good fit for any other team. I think a society we tend to think when you get fired you're worthless but that's not always the case. In the NFL you can lose your job for many reasons. He could very well be a great coach it can call Great plays it's just we don't know if the players believed in them or not. And they didn't give the 100% form because they didn't like them we don't know all that.

if you cant upgrade the QB, the next best thing is make sure your defense is rock solid. Bowers was not the best player available, Dallas Turner was. Turner bigger, faster and addressed a glaring need at OLB. Then in the 3rd round another super fast OLB Payton Wilson was available. Turner, Spillane Wilson behind the D-Line would have been impenetrable.

Munford is a question at RT, but stepped up when Miller got hurt. Zamir should be fine RB and Laube will add to the passing game. Question mark is LB opposite Devin Diablo and CB opposite Jones. Will Hobbs be take guy. QB is the biggest unknown. See what Aidan can do with a full off season. Minshew is serviceable. I don't believe either is a franchise QB though. Raiders are a win now team. Chargers got rid of a lot of good players and Bo Nix has too many holes around him. Raiders could go 5-1 in division.

Many seem to be focused on there not being a QB available so the BPA pick was the best route to go. Fine. I will disagree though. As far as the Raiders are concerned, the BPA should have been RT Fuaga - who also would have filled a need. I agree with much of what you said here and I feel this team should have been a playoff team last season. This season's team is already in a better position simply being with AP as coach instead of McIdiot. I'm looking forward to this season. #RN4L

Fuaga may end up at guard, a lot of people think that's his best position and he won't be able to pass-pro well enough. The Raiders probably had a decently lower grade on him compared to Bowers if the kid from Penn st, Notre Dame or Alabama were there at 13 they probably would have drafted them. Fuaga's short arms probably brought his grade down and Powers is just as good or better at guard so it's not a mystery the way the draft went. The Raiders probably have a criteria as far as traits, most good drafting teams do, for arm length and I wish people who don't really know football all that well, would stop bitching about Bowers he's one of the best players in the entire draft and he's not really a TE he played almost half his reps in the slot and he plays h-back and even FB in some formations if he is used right he's a menace.

Also, Fuaga was well established as a OT, while he may end up at OG with NO, RT should have been where the Raiders should have used him - as a run-blocking RT - which is a need, Munford or not. JPJ was an great pick, but why do you think the Raiders could not have had both? Fuaga at RT, JPJ at RG looks like a great anchor for that side of the OL. If our new GM, who I have lots of respect for, felt good about all of his picks then I do as well. I'm still a Raider fan no matter what. Can you say the same? If you can then great let's get onboard for a long playoff run coming up. #RN4L

@@TheSmarq17 Dude that's what I wanted to happen OT first rd and G 2nd rd but I think all the guys that were plug and play at OT were gone A awful lot of people are projecting Fuaga at guard because his arms are short remember a lot of teams will not draft OTs unless their arms are a certain length. We must have had a lower grade on Fuaga because of that (but I love him). It turned out we had great 1st and 2nd rd picks once I got on Board with Bowers but it sucks we didn't get an OT in round one.

I still feel Mayers will be the actual TE with Bowers moving around the field looking for mismatches and that should work really good. My thoughts were that Fuaga was there and we could use an upgrade at RT. Either way, I'm OK with what we got and I'm ready for this next season.

I honestly don't get raider fans, football fans I don't understand. As a coach I do not get how you going to sit here and say this team have a great roster and then sit here and say they can't compete with Kansas City Chiefs basically in the same paragraph that you spoke. So let me help you all out because I know how fast think we need to have a big name in order to win games. No you don't as long as you have a quarterback that's not willing to throw a lot of interceptions who make smart decisions you can win games. As we call it game managers that's what you want is a game manager. Don't allow these ignorant people around us to sit here and say having an x Factor quarterback is going to be the only way you win games is not. Cuz with that type of quarterback you need to have x Factor type players on the team and an x Factor type coach. Who knows how to build around x-factors. This team is capable of going as far as they want to go but it's not on the players it's on the coaching staff if they can put the players in the right position to win the game the raiders are going to win the game they are that good.

Yeah Minshew was 15/23 for 220+ yards against us with less WR & TE talent. So I don’t see a problem with him starting if he wins. Furthermore AOC can’t win in a shoot out against Mahommes let’s not forget he didn’t complete a pass after the first quarter in that win. I’d have more faith in Minshew than AOC plus he’s able to move around if a play goes bad.

I’m sorry but we will NOT be coming for KC with our QB’s… I understand we couldn’t land a QB in the draft due to the Falcons screwing us over and for whatever reason we didn’t land a worthy starting QB in FA. But our QB’s aren’t it. What’s the point of having all the fire power we have if we don’t have anyone who can get the ball to them? Hopefully we can land a QB next year….

Since Reid has been there, they are 17-3 against us. 17-3!!! I really hope AOC gets it this year and everything clicks, or Minshew blows up because as I’ve said before, there is no point of having all these star players if we don’t have a QB to get them the ball. I don’t try to be a Debby downer, but I’m a realist. I have been a die hard Raiders fan since ‘88 and have been disappointed all these years with the exception of 3-4 seasons. And in those seasons, I was disappointed in the end lol. In the end, I just want them to be competitive. I love the Raiders but they have made it very difficult to be a proud fan….

If there are no QB's available then what else you going to do trade all your picks for a starter? You can't live in the past you can only have hope for the future. We now have a aggressive coach and some more good players coming in. At the end of the season unless you win the superbowl then your season was a loss. Raiders will be much better this year and if not you reload and try again.

Parham and James are BACKUPS at best. I am hoping our new Guard (Whitehair) can be a good one. Munford is doing just fine as is Miller. I am sooo happy we didn't give away the farm by trading up. Even with the 28 defense they would move the and score. Jayden had one of the worst defense's in CF but he put up 40 a game so they won!

I have been a Raider fan since 10 years old and saw the “Immaculate Reception Live…if we had not made the mistake of hiring Josh Mc Daniels…last years team..was a playoff team..I am happy with the the draft have questions about the OC…but I’ll give him a chance to win me over…tough division..but AP is the game changer…mindset…buying to the Raider way..yes sir..looking forward to this year!!!
The part where you said Adams hasn't had the same production in Vegas is false. His very first year he had a career high season. He's been solid for the Raiders.
Koonce has always done well when he got snaps. His win rate is next level and has been since his rookie season. He was still a little raw and not the best run defender, so guys like Ferrell got the snaps. Then they signed Yannick to pair with Maxx, and that wasn't bad, but he is another guy who is awful against the run, so the next season Josh McDaniels made one of his homer moves, and signed Jones to a ridiculous contract so of course, Koonce took a back seat again. He is still a guy I wouldn't want defending the run a lot, but his pass rushing is beyond question at this point.
AOC4 is going to ball out this year. I think he’s going to be a surprise.

Why say Minshew can't shoot it out with Mahommes and Herbert? I don't get it. Minshew has been a backup, yes, but that dudes got fresh legs and serious game. I'm looking for facts on why he can't cut it - technique? Arm? I never hear anyone qualify their opinion. I'm open to hearing why people feel this way about Gardner.

I'm going to have to disagree with you on Tyree. First and foremost, he was injured when we drafted him and he did not have any off season work. No OTAs, no training camp. He literally got line 2-3 days of practice and then was tossed out there in the Dallas preseason game. If you go back to when AP took over, that's when he finally got his legs under him. If you watch the last game against Denver, he was the one getting triple teamed. Koonce got his 8 sacks thanks to Tryee coming on strong. All 8 of Koonce's sack came when AP took over. Everyone once to call Tyree a bust already clearly forgetting the kid was injured. Watch what he does this year. For those of you who called him a bust, remember that!

We have qaterbacks.That are more than capable of taking us to the top.we have a potent offense.and a great defense.Raiders are back.
If AOC keeps improving like he has.We might already have a franchise quarterback.

Both of our QB's are good enough to take the team into the playoffs and win.
Raiders have a dominant defense & solid offensive line & wide receivers & tight ends & running backs & Good Coaches . With a rookie quarterback He won 5 of the 8 wins & 2nd place in the AFC West & upset some good teams & had close winnable games

I like your analysis of our Raiders team, it’s pretty accurate and shows you have a good grasp of what we got and what we still need! I’m just HAPPY that the Raiders didn’t really reach for any players like in the past few drafts! Only pick I kinda disagree with was the Bowers pick. If it was up to me I would have gotten a stud RT at 13 instead. That would have solidified our Oline, because I believe you win and lose games in the trenches!!

I think you said it best, the Raiders are going to be an annoying team to face this year. If they don't beat you and rub it in your face by talking shit and smoking cigars, they're going to at least let you know you played them. They'll be physical, create a lot of pressure, and probably put enough points on the board to give most teams a scare, even in losses. Lots of playmakers on both sides of the ball.
The AFC West is going to be more difficult for the Chiefs to win because Denver and Los Angeles and Vegas will be more improved and gunning for the Two time defending champs. That's a lot of ifs... "if ifs and buts were candy and nuts we'd all have a Merry Christmas" As a long suffering Raiders fan admittedly I'm a little cynical. But every preseason is the same hype- the Raiders are coming on this is the year, yada yada. Until Mahomes retires, we will never have it easy in the division, but theres always a way. I'm a New Yorker and I believe in Antonio Pierce and I hope all the ifs can fall into place good raider nation!

There was not, I repeat, was not, a qb available to the raiders to draft at 13. Trading up was a fool’s move as this team is more than a qb away so wiping out the next 3-4 drafts to take an untested rookie was not going to help. Instead, they draft a potentially generational player plus an absolute rock on the oline. The offense is designed to be west coast with screens, quick outs, running the ball, etc. What good would it do to have an overpriced rookie qb without the pieces to go around him? It’s ball and maul time. The skill positions are as good as any in the league. The oline still needs work. Qb is a long term issue but what they have is better than anything they could’ve drafted. The idea that signing statues like flaco and tannehill is completely absurd. Minshew is on the small side, but he’s mobile and appears to be a gamer. AOC played beautifully in the system down the stretch. Renfrow doesn’t fumble inside the 10 and they beat Minnesota and finish at least 9-8. No, neither one is Patrick mahomes. Get used to it. There’s only one of those. I am concerned about the lack of lockdown corners. Jones is a serious improvement but that’s it. The d line may be one of the best in the league as it sits. Lb’s are still a work in progress but 41 is a stud. This draft sets the team up to get to the next level with potentially generational players plus depth and developmental players. This was a draft run by professionals instead of hacks trying to hit and hope in the early rounds. Hopefully pierce and TT get luckier than their predecessors and we finally see some real contributions from the early draft choices. The hit rate on early round centers and guards is over 70%. Qb’s hit at under 40%. Build the team, don’t overspend, and plug in the qb when the right one becomes available. Remember, Jim plunkett was dud who’d had his ass completely kicked in New England and sf. This guy stepped in and won 2 super bowls with a 50% completion rate. You don’t have mahomes, Allen, Jackson. Get over it. No amount of whining is going to change that and the only thing that guarantees a marquee first round qb is a 3-14 season or worse. The raiders have been down that road too. Jamarcus Russell was the first player taken and could throw 70 yards from his knees. He also turned out to be a narcoleptic moron who couldn’t understand the playbook. This team has to built from the lines first. That’s football. Just ask Andy Reed, coughlin, bill B, or the Harbaugh’s. Once the foundation is in place, you can draft for splash. Funny- none of them ever seem to, and they never piss away draft picks on flyers. Btw, mahomes didn’t win the Super Bowl. His Dee did. Sure didn’t hurt that he was as good as he was to keep them going when they needed it.

I beg to differ Plunkett was a rising star in NE he was rookie of the year and was traded to a bad SF team for 3 1st rd picks and a couple of 2nd rd picks injuries derailed his career that and a terrible SF team that then had no high picks for years.

Too all my raider fam you gotta understand that even if we did get a good qb he can’t do hes job without a good OL so I do believe that this was our best draft and rebuild we’ve had in decades plus with two qb who’s getting over looked. A another movie of money ball. this time is the coach and the raiders rebuild.
not sure why the fans are so excited : Raiders had the 3rd lowest rushing yards, 5th worst yds/pass, 6th worst Offensive yards & 10th worst Points/game & 11th worst yds/run. Defense : 5th most INTs, BUT 6th in getting INTs & 8th Best in giving up fewest points. = translates that Big Plays saved the team.
Minshew is going to look better than Kermit this year. Watch
Im very excited for most of my life ive seen a very ugly side of the raiders with things not clicking but with this new coaching staff and players I believe the raiders can do something special. I believe with AP they are trying to do what the niners are doing which is load up the roster around the qb and see maybe the next few drafts to get the guy they want we will see what happens .....#RN4L
So we'd rather have a injury plagued QB. Who's missed 4 seasons via injuries, will be 25yrs old. Instead of a QB in Gardner who's out performed and statically outplayed a so-called top 10 NFL QB in Trevor Lawrence. Mind boggling. People sleep on talent. And focus on media hype.

If we still had DC#4 Davante Adam's broke team records and led the NFL in TD with DC#4 14 td isn't lack luster was not the case his first season as a Raiders it was bad coaching not QB play

We lost our starting rt so not sure what we plan to do to start it will be the position to watch in Otas and preseason
This is a one year ride with Gardner Minshew and it’s a great one year ride because he has a damn good cast around him. Jacoby Myers you mentioned Brock Bowers, who I think was a damn good pick up not only did he fall right to them but yes, he was the best player available, but let’s just be honest here he would’ve been gone way before 13 had he not gotten injured towards the end of the year next year’s quarterback class is gonna be plenty just as good as I have confidence at the Raiders they’re not gonna pick in the top 10 I think that they have a chance to go to the playoffs this year and I think they have a chance to beat Patrick Mahomes maybe not sweep that series, but beat them they did it last year there’s new life within that building surrounded when Antonio Pierce took over that was a damn good hire. They botched it when they decided not to listen to their players and higher rich Versace instead of Josh McDaniels, but he burned his own cave, burned his own house down and got his self fired so it worked out either way Antonio Pierce that’s like a breath of fresh air for them. They can breathe now they this is a guy who relates to them. they don’t have to hide how they’re feeling from him. I think they will be a 10 win team. The AFC is kind of tough because 10 wins could get you in and it could also backfire and not have you a spot by percentage but it finally seems like there’s hope within this building. The only signing that I didn’t like from the Raiders was Alexander Madison. I think they could’ve drafted a running back with the third round or the second round.
Hunter wasn't the same after Dc4 got him almost killed he got shell shocked, Dc4 threw him right into a big hit
I'm more worried about the offense of a coordinator that we have. He was fired from the Chicago Bears. I don't think it's play. Calling is gonna do the raiders, any justice.

So just because he was fired from a team all that means that he wasn't a good fit for that team. Doesn't mean he won't be a good fit for any other team. I think a society we tend to think when you get fired you're worthless but that's not always the case. In the NFL you can lose your job for many reasons. He could very well be a great coach it can call Great plays it's just we don't know if the players believed in them or not. And they didn't give the 100% form because they didn't like them we don't know all that.

if you cant upgrade the QB, the next best thing is make sure your defense is rock solid. Bowers was not the best player available, Dallas Turner was. Turner bigger, faster and addressed a glaring need at OLB. Then in the 3rd round another super fast OLB Payton Wilson was available. Turner, Spillane Wilson behind the D-Line would have been impenetrable.
Maybe they cant win a shoot out! But like you said our defence has inproved and defence wins championships!!!!

Munford is a question at RT, but stepped up when Miller got hurt. Zamir should be fine RB and Laube will add to the passing game. Question mark is LB opposite Devin Diablo and CB opposite Jones. Will Hobbs be take guy. QB is the biggest unknown. See what Aidan can do with a full off season. Minshew is serviceable. I don't believe either is a franchise QB though. Raiders are a win now team. Chargers got rid of a lot of good players and Bo Nix has too many holes around him. Raiders could go 5-1 in division.
With all other people, don't realize that Derek Carr was a great quarterback. We average 30 points a game with Derek Carr never had a defense. Everybody wants to bag and say car with the man he had more fourth-quarter come back to any other quarterback, including Aaron Rogers, so let's get that straight
You know statistically Davante Adams second best year ever was with Derek Carr in 22, right? 2nd most yards, 2nd most TDs, most first downs. They would’ve been much better together without McDaniels …

Many seem to be focused on there not being a QB available so the BPA pick was the best route to go. Fine. I will disagree though. As far as the Raiders are concerned, the BPA should have been RT Fuaga - who also would have filled a need. I agree with much of what you said here and I feel this team should have been a playoff team last season. This season's team is already in a better position simply being with AP as coach instead of McIdiot. I'm looking forward to this season. #RN4L

Fuaga may end up at guard, a lot of people think that's his best position and he won't be able to pass-pro well enough. The Raiders probably had a decently lower grade on him compared to Bowers if the kid from Penn st, Notre Dame or Alabama were there at 13 they probably would have drafted them. Fuaga's short arms probably brought his grade down and Powers is just as good or better at guard so it's not a mystery the way the draft went. The Raiders probably have a criteria as far as traits, most good drafting teams do, for arm length and I wish people who don't really know football all that well, would stop bitching about Bowers he's one of the best players in the entire draft and he's not really a TE he played almost half his reps in the slot and he plays h-back and even FB in some formations if he is used right he's a menace.

Also, Fuaga was well established as a OT, while he may end up at OG with NO, RT should have been where the Raiders should have used him - as a run-blocking RT - which is a need, Munford or not. JPJ was an great pick, but why do you think the Raiders could not have had both? Fuaga at RT, JPJ at RG looks like a great anchor for that side of the OL. If our new GM, who I have lots of respect for, felt good about all of his picks then I do as well. I'm still a Raider fan no matter what. Can you say the same? If you can then great let's get onboard for a long playoff run coming up. #RN4L

@@TheSmarq17 Dude that's what I wanted to happen OT first rd and G 2nd rd but I think all the guys that were plug and play at OT were gone A awful lot of people are projecting Fuaga at guard because his arms are short remember a lot of teams will not draft OTs unless their arms are a certain length. We must have had a lower grade on Fuaga because of that (but I love him). It turned out we had great 1st and 2nd rd picks once I got on Board with Bowers but it sucks we didn't get an OT in round one.

@@TheSmarq17 What did you think about our day 3 picks? I know it's day 3 but often we get good players in those rounds. A lot of so-called draft experts were not high on our day 3 picks they said they were drafted too high on their boards. One guy had Glaze at 300!

@@jameshannagan4256 That's what I was saying. Bowers might end up in the HoF, lots depends on how we use him though. I still feel Mayers will be the actual TE with Bowers moving around the field looking for mismatches and that should work really good. My thoughts were that Fuaga was there and we could use an upgrade at RT. Either way, I'm OK with what we got and I'm ready for this next season.

I honestly don't get raider fans, football fans I don't understand. As a coach I do not get how you going to sit here and say this team have a great roster and then sit here and say they can't compete with Kansas City Chiefs basically in the same paragraph that you spoke. So let me help you all out because I know how fast think we need to have a big name in order to win games. No you don't as long as you have a quarterback that's not willing to throw a lot of interceptions who make smart decisions you can win games. As we call it game managers that's what you want is a game manager. Don't allow these ignorant people around us to sit here and say having an x Factor quarterback is going to be the only way you win games is not. Cuz with that type of quarterback you need to have x Factor type players on the team and an x Factor type coach. Who knows how to build around x-factors. This team is capable of going as far as they want to go but it's not on the players it's on the coaching staff if they can put the players in the right position to win the game the raiders are going to win the game they are that good.

Yeah Minshew was 15/23 for 220+ yards against us with less WR & TE talent. So I don’t see a problem with him starting if he wins. Furthermore AOC can’t win in a shoot out against Mahommes let’s not forget he didn’t complete a pass after the first quarter in that win. I’d have more faith in Minshew than AOC plus he’s able to move around if a play goes bad.
