It's not your fault, but please, try and speak to people and let them know the truth of what is happening. I have spent a lot of time in Ukraine over the last year delivering humanitarian aid and the stories of suffering and inhuman acts that have been carried out on families there are too terrible to describe.

Almost two years ago, war took to show it's ugly and fearsome face again. Almost two years ago, air raid sirens and a piano became the symbol for resilience and hope, almost as the one opera singer on a balcony during COVID. My heart still bleeds of fear, hope, and sadness, and my fists are balled up in a rage that I cannot even put a word on. LONG LIVE THE UKRAINIAN PEOPLE!
