This is what humanity is capable of. Great music, art, science and philosophy. THIS is what we need more of and NOT the killing, oppression and violence that's borne out of ignorance and hate that's destroying lives all over the world. And yes, sometimes you have to fight to preserve the peace

For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; a time to seek, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; a time to tear, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; a time to love, and a time to hate; a time for war, and a time for peace. That celloist stole the show. Incredible performance.
Justice for Captain Jack Sparrow! (Johnny Depp)
What an epic performance Hans Zimmer did on stage. One of the greatest films he worked on.
4:44-7:20 is what made me fall in love with the sea and I’m from Indiana. This gave me chills and tears.
The whole music from start to end was depicting jhonny face. He truly is the only Captain Jack sparrow! Justice for Jhonny!!
Can't say I'm a fan of the pirate's franchise, but I know perfection when I hear it. And THIS is IT. Very powerful stuff indeed
Anyone notice how at 0:20 Zimmer calls his own piece "trivial"? He totally means from a technical playing aspect but that's so incredibly humble regardless.
Just shared this with the neighbours. Whole 12 mins on a speaker outside at half 9 at night. They loved it.
The chello playing girl 😮🔥🔥 That energy 😮🔥❤
What makes me so happy about all of this is that everyone is having so much fun with this whole thing.
You can see the excitement on the faces of literally everyone when the He's a pirate starts...no matter how many hundreds of hours they may have practised it, playing it must be more exhilarating every single time. Truely a masterpiece.
For me, music is the only thing that truly reflects what humanity is capable of. It is a reflection of our creativity and potential and a small glimpse of the true power of what we can do if we all cooperate harmoniously. I think powerful performances like these inspire more respect than any army or weapon in existence.

One Day is the most epic score written for any movie, in all cinematic history
I think Hans could play a ancient harp perfectly with his toes. Eyes shut.
I love that Hans Zimmer reused part of the Pirates soundtrack(namely "He's a Pirate") from his work in Gladiator. A couple of the parts are identical. I realized while I was watching Gladiator and was like "wait, is this Pirates of the Carribean?"
@JohnDoeHZ
Жыл бұрын
My bro and I thought it had Gladiator vibes too (Klaus Badelt worked on Gladiator with Zimmer), but my mom thought she heard music from "The Rock" (which I'd blast around the house). That's true too (sort of like the Navy Seals theme). Then I was listening to "Asteroid Chase" (v=O6VnsUxtYyA) from Armageddon (produced by Zimmer), and heard the Pirates theme! Must be hard to put out dozens of movies a year and avoid accidentally retreading the same tunes! Especially when you get involved in the 11th hour when the previous composer was let go!
This is awe inspiring, Zimmer is a genius and his musicians the best of the best!
Hats off to the guy who mixed the final out. Its not easy for a single sound engineer to control the levels and frequencies of 1000 instruments at a time.

This. Is. The. Most. Valuable. Art.
Imagine Johnny Depp inspired this , this gorgeous music and Zimmer brought the other half to glorious movie , the music absolutely thrilling , each movie from the franchise and the soundtrack I find incredibly thrilling!!!!!! Thank you Johnny and Mr Zimmer for letting me dream and love what I’m seeing and hearing .
that subtle smile when they hit that crescendo and the know they've nailed it... love it
the "One Day" bit had me with goosebumps.
Visuals take the story to our eyes, Hans Zimmer music takes the story to our heart, mind and soul.... That's how Hans Zimmer shows his impact in every movie he works...
I never would have imagined watching the Pirates of the Caribbean melody played live would make me emotional
The amount of talent on this stage is outstanding!
after 3000 years we still love it!!!!!!!!!!!
this was one of the most beautiful things i have ever heard in my life...
Просто посмотрите, как каждый из музыкантов наслаждается работой, особенно Ханс. Сразу видно, с каким наслаждением он создаёт свою музыку
Imagine for yourself to be there watching live! Goosebump!

The feeling that I got at 10:57 is no less than peeing after the bladder is full for 12 hours.
