Working with Philippines 🇵🇭 National Police 🚔 (PNP) at Clark Air Base, Philippines 🇵🇭 back in 1991. I know the PNP are professional . I was a US AIR France Security Police 🚔 on the American Military 🪖 Base. 2. Since 1991, when Clark Air Base was closed due to Mount Pinatubo Volcano 🌋 eruption. Also, the closing of Subic Bay Navy Base in 1992. Both bases were closed because of President Cory Aquino. Ever since then, China 🇨🇳 😒 has disrespected the Philippines 🇵🇭. The Philippines should have kept both Bases open for security and financial purposes. This is why Japan and Korea 🇰🇷 are wealthy and safe and secure against China 🇨🇳, because of Bases that still remain today in Japan and China 🇨🇳. What is important for education is transferable or eligibility to take the licensure exam in the U.S. there are no different local or foreign graduates, especially in health care.The advantage of foreign graduates was no student loans. Therefore, life is much easier. The employer knows Filipinos are dependable and hardworking employees.
