August the 10th 2018 I declare that I have founded Turkish Cannabinoids and Endocannabinoid System Research Society. It is the first and so far only society/foundation in Turkey. I wish all scientist from every corner of the world and from every discipline be it from medicine or from economy or anthropolgy etc will contribute to this new paradigma which is almost 5000 years old. Dr Erhan Yarar is ready for further contacts on this platform too.

Agreed. The best lecture I've come across. I *love* all the cross referencing with other plants and biochemical activity. I found it really great to combine what I learned here with what I learned listening to Stanford's Sapolsky re: how behaviour is affected via bio-chemical amendments.

I still think the terms indica and sativa hold relevance, natural distinctions/formulas of the cannabinoids and terpene profile percentages...and who knows what we just aren't seeing or taking into consideration...I think landraces are important cause they hold the formula of a naturally produced product..yes it all may stem from a single strain or source, but they change, surely...that's why the 2 different sub species look differently, have different profiles etc....just like humans, other plants, and dogs and other animals non human etc can mix and create hybrids, STILL...there was and is a difference between that which is now and that which came before we ever mixed...preserve the old as well as create good new..but do not throw out the old like it means nothing...

This is what I've learned over the past few years as a patient however now that I clearly understand what I'm looking for, I find that it's still almost impossible to get that. You find out what terpenes and constituents are in your cannabis after you buy it, not before. You cannot buy cannabis based on terpenes, you only get to review that after the fact. You can sometimes go online and learn what terpenes are 'typical' to a strain by NAME but it's difficult to go online and see what terpenes are actually in a real given strain that is in a given accessable dispensary at a given time. and is more difficult to specify what terpenes you need as you enter the dispensary and walk out with those terpines in hand. Like everything else in American life right now we know what's important but we don't give access to that because somebody else is going to come along and say we don't want people to have terpenes that can cause them to be sleepy or giggly or something like that so against science and against doctors recommendations there are going to be paranoid citizens and lawmakers that may start restricting terpines. I cannot go to the dispensary and say what terpenes I want, I can only learn about what terpenes are in a particular strain once I get home with my cannabis. It's illegal for me to have a scale (to prevent illegal resales) I can't measure my dosage, I have to guess at it. Everything that is spoken of here is important and true however paranoid citizens and non-medical lawmakers keep making all of these medical factors inaccessible to the patient from the perspective of a patient. I use Caryophyllene and lemonene just as he mentioned however knowing where you can get Caryophyllene or any specific terpene even with access to several dispensaries becomes difficult due to our current fluctuating medical cannabis legal reviewing methods and cannabis attitude instability. Doctors can know what we need but the final say for cannabis is not medical review, it's citizen review, so much of this seems irrelevant.

The answer is yes but you're not going to find the answer written in a study that tells you what those differences are because they're personal to you as an individual so to get the answer you have to experiment just you as an individual with Mercene, CBN, CBG, other constituents, Consider that some of these are generated through appropriate Heat, look into decarboxylation if you're looking for CBN. I press and cook kief into hashish for CBN

Even just the leaf as Russo said in this has massive healing properties, especially inflammation, which it sounds like you may have chronic inflammation in your spinal column. I treat patients & subjects with juice & have had great results on many levels of ailments & issues.

Sea Glass, have you ever tried Wheat Grass juice? Cannabis is a bit spicier then Wheat Grass. It's best when strained after juiced, goes down easier, a mild chlorophyl taste is left on the pallet, disappears in a minute or so. Nothing a little juice can't wash down, i do suggest adding a few drops of sweetener, (I suggest stevia since it's natural, not sugar & can be found in liquid form) & if you like with a little lemonade or your favorite juice poured over ice & a shot of cannabis juice. I'm sipping on one right now actually & it's quite enjoyable!
