Sebastians story just perfectly explained why Dolan is so hated as an owner. First off he definitely knows who Sebastian is, so to not even acknowledge him till the hat is absolutely insane. Then to give him a hat thats too small? Like really you guys didn't just give the man a snapback, or ask him his size first? Then to just go it's too small, grab it and look at it. Then just give it back with a scarf, as if that some how makes the hat fit? Then just the douchery to actually take the scarf back, and not say something like. I was staying at a Courtyard by Marriott in the St Louis metro, the toilet stopped up, I called the front desk and this dude brought me a plunger and left it for me to use. I adked to be moved to another room. I had stayed at this facility several times prior. I have never gone back nor stayed at any Marriott brand since.
