Ingredients for approx. 4 servings:
1 large cucumber
1 pepper
1 onion
1 can of kidney beans (approx. 250g / 9 oz)
1 can of chickpeas (approx. 250g / 9 oz)
A few mint leaves
150g yoghurt (5 oz)
2 tablespoons vinegar (or lemon juice)
1-2 teaspoons sugar (or honey)
paprika powder
salt and pepper
This goes well with, for example: toasted bread, baked potatoes, scrambled eggs, fried eggs ..

    Ich finde deine Rezepte wirklich toll. Du nimmst nie Öl? Ist das nicht, in geringen Mengen, auch wichtig für die Ernährung? Ganz liebe Grüße

    Hallo Birgit, doch ich nehme auch oft Öl 😃. In vielen Rezepten, wenn ich keine Joghurt-Soße mache, nehme ich Öl als Dressing. Und du hast Recht, Öl ist selbstverständlich wichtig für die Ernährung und den Körper 😇. Ich würde darauf nicht verzichten genügend und gesunde Fette zu konsumieren 😋. Also keine Angst vor dem Fett, das braucht der Körper 💪. Liebe Grüße 🤗
