This is a very helpful video. I will rewatch it because she has explained the best way to simplify the complexities of proposal writing.

When I graduate, it will be because of Dr. Hastings... Im in my final year and I'm working on my final research project during a COVID-19 lockdown in my country and unfortunately my university wasn't quiet prepared to suddenly go online, so these videos have become much needed support. Thanks for posting these..

You can email the author of the paper and ask for a copy. They are happy to do so. Make a profile on ResearchGate (it’s like research Facebook) it’s really easy to message them there. Or there is always a correspondence email tied to journal articles (usually the first author’s university or agency email)
