Would you please provide suggestion for working on the Budget part of any proposal? If you are applying for funding from external source then how could you add expenses list (materials required, tests/characterization etc) estimates so that the overall estimated budget is not totally an assumption? Some reliable sources that you could suggest along with tips for this part would be very helpful.
