I had the pleasure of setting up this beautiful metal monster for a friend and had his permission to do a little video, so here it is!
This guitar is an original Ibanez MTM1 made in Korea with EMG pickups and an Ibanez branded fixed edge type bridge with fine tuners and locking nut. I love this bridge design as a Floyd rose lover it offered a very familiar feel to a classic trem RG. This guitar has a wizard ii neck profile and neck-thru construction. Overall this was a really great guitar that is well built and in like new condition 17 years after it was serialized.
I was playing through an Orange Rocker Terror 15 on the .5 watt setting into a Greenback equipped 412. The pedals used were boss SD-1 into DS-1 with some slight reverb from a boss reverb and lead channel has a digitech digidelay.
The music being played is a quickly cobbled together back track with all instruments performed by myself and the lead was improvised.
I will forever cherish the small amount of time I got to jam this guitar.
