The Perfect Leg Workout for Growth

This arm workout is a template to help you gain size and strength in your legs!
In the video, I give you a few movements that I use for leg gains. I have laid out a breakdown of the leg workout below. These exercises target your quads, hamstrings, and calves.
Whether you're a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, this workout routine is designed to challenge and push you towards your leg goals. I don't have a set number of reps for each exercise, but I do recommend going to failure or at least one rep before failure for each movement.

This is a breakdown of the workout:
(Do each movement to failure and try to do at least 5 reps if you are going to go heavy)
Warm up
1. KB swings superset with KB squats:
2 sets
2. Romanian Dead lifts:
2 - 3 sets
3. Leg press:
2 sets
Set 3 - single leg
4. Dumbbell Walking Lunges (Heavy):
2 sets
5. Calf raises:
2 - 3 sets
