YES! an early 2nd gen. We had a regular cab long box '96 2500 with the same silver and maroonish paint job on the farm second hand. She needed front end parts but for the low horsepower she towed above her weight class. Her name was "Beastie". The beauty of a 12v is that you don't have to romp around in them to get a smile, the low pull sounds is where the biggest smirk comes from.

The sound of a straight pipe 2nd Gen Cummins is unreal.

I have a second GEN and I have owned for 20 years going to restore it with my son going to turn it into a DRW. I’ve been collecting parts for a few years now, have a sport front end brand new doors and a bed, it already has a 6 inch lift with 37s on it. it’ll be painted in a gunmetal gray with those exact wheels that are on the truck you just featured, and when it’s all done I’ll be handing the keys off to him he just doesn’t know that yet.🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
