Her hair was already blown out. Just take a comb and fluff the hair while using a little bit of heat away from the scalp

ok I'm going to admit something- I never realized curls had to be brushed out a bit to achieve an afro, I thought it grew that way! your hair looks astounding and beautiful WoWWW

I grew up wearing an Afro in the seventies so that’s it’s easier for me to wear it and maintain it. I love it!🥰🥰

I love the Afro tutorial on 4c hair. You made achieving this style look so easy.

I used to think my 4C hair was strange as it looked like hers. It is not wavy, coily, fine, or kinky, but it is as fluffy as hers. It feels good to know my hair is normal, lol!

Other girls would ask me why my hair's like this, and I used to be confused myself because I started natural growth last year so I wasn't sure of my texture

My hair will do this all except for the top, I have 3b/3c hair and the top of my head seems to be a little thinner than the rest. It’s always been like that, even after I went natural 3-4 years ago. It just doesn’t seem compact like the rest of my hair, so when I comb it out it doesn’t bush up like the rest of it, idk if it’s because I have a looser curl pattern in that spot or what but I really wish my hair would just cooperate.
