The People vs. Kevin Cooper

Фильм және анимация

Was Kevin Cooper Framed for Murder?
In 1983, four people were murdered in a home in Chino Hills, California. The sole survivor of the attack said three white intruders had committed the murders. Then a woman told the police that her boyfriend, a white convicted murderer, was probably involved, and she gave deputies his bloody coveralls.
So here’s what sheriff’s deputies did: They threw away the bloody coveralls and arrested a young black man named Kevin Cooper. He is now awaiting execution on Death Row in San Quentin State Prison.

FYI this whole narrative is from the defence. The defence says "everything is racist". Even if it is all a sham it would be nice to hear at least on voice from the prosecution.

The other issue is that the blue t shirt almost certainly existed even though they want to pretend otherwise. The records describing it were only filled out if a CIVILLIAN found it and it was not only a different color but found on a different day in a different location

I tried to read Alan Keel's report arguing Cooper was guilty; the sheer amount of both bias and scientific inaccuracy was appalling. He made VERY basic mistakes about science, and he accepted statements with no evidence to back them up. Tellingly he's friends with an expert in the first round of testing (the expert violently denounced the idea tampering occurred). Keel probably cut corners to protect his friends fee fees.

The cigarettes are dodgy; cigarettes from his hideout went missing and never made it into evidence and the same people who found those cigarettes searched the car. Do the math.

@@broeheemed32 Uh no. The hatchet was only identified as such AFTER Mary Hughes spoke to them. Frankly that tainted their recollection. Tobacco from Cooper's hideout went missing and then likely showed up in the car. The sheathe was accompanied by the prints of a man who adamantly swore he never entered the room and the only time he could have left them was BEFORE the evidence was found. Frankly, even if he did do it the case is tainted. As is, there's ample reason to believe the forensics were botched/forged.

Crazy that the Judge was Japanese ethnicity 🤔 My condolences for the passing of Mr. Simpson and this is a message to his family & Lawyer Malcolm LaVergne: OJ was found not guilty, so don't allow news agency articles to call him a "killer?" Also from a person with good intel I found out that the late Nicole owed the Japanese Yakuza cartel a good deal of drug money and OJ wasn't going to pay it, and sadly that's who did that tragedy to her & Ron & my condolences to their family's. Black men try to play sports like him, not be violent to citizens. Also he wasn't sweating her that much, they already had children. Like others locked up unjustly in California like Kevin Cooper, they wanted a scapegoat and not to scare the community so they played him like it was some old lame story from the 40's or something of some black man sweating this white lady. It'll be good if when the legal system says someone's not guilty that they wouldn't still be called "killers" & "murderers" in news articles, when we all know they ignore those in the world with power who are that and even on a massive scale. If I was family to him or he himself I would sue for defamation & I advise any of his family to do that in such cases. I already advised his lawyer of this. The Intel into what really happened to Nicole & Ron by the Yakuza was from a very informative Bishop I watched on KZread. His name is Bishop Gaiters. I found his email & other contact Information online. bishopgaiters@yahoo.ca Bishop Larry Gaiters Toronto, Ontario, Canada Presiding Bishop & Prelate at End Time Age Deliverance Ministries Worldwide, Inc. instagram.com/bishopjohnwick?igsh=MWl3cG1rYnF0YWM4ZA== OJ's Lawyer: lawyers.justia.com/lawyer/malcolm-p-lavergne-756683 #freekevincooper

No he isn't. The investigation openly refused to subpoena documents from the state despite that being THE most basic step; they also relied on a man who was close friends with the guy accused of planting evidence (which means he pulled punches) as well as a man who worked to intimidate the LA Sheriff's opponents. Frankly anyone who think's he's guilty is shitting on the victim's graves.

@@milart12 The DNA wasn't all over the place. The Blood found in the victim's house was located by a drug addict who was looting the evidence locker; the cigarettes were found AFTER cigarettes from Cooper's hideout went missing and at least one grew in size. So no; the evidence against Cooper for the murder is laughably weak and pretty much every attempt to buttress the DNA evidence boils down to "the state wouldn't do such a thing." Well hate to burst your bubble but they would.
