Sole survivor of Chino Hills massacre describes what happened

Doug and Peggy Ryen, their daughter, Jessica, and neighbor Christopher Hughes were brutally murdered inside the Ryen family’s home on June 4, 1983. Josh Ryen was the only survivor. A year-and-a-half later, the 10-year-old answered D.A. Dennis Kottemeier’s questions about that horrific night - with his grandmother by his side.

AIU (atheism is unstoppable RIP) did a great video on this case. Since Kamala Harris was nominated VP, people have been talking about the cooper case as it relates to Harris “blocking DNA testing” in his case. Joe Rogan interviewed some activist lawyers who worked for the innocence project, and they spoke of coopers case, as if it was just assumed that he must be innocent. I am trying to find the interview with this sole survivor who is now grown up, and who says he knows the man who stabbed him and slit his throat was cooper. Not multiple assailants, just the one.

A young child’s testimony is unreliable, it’s in the law books , young children will go on and on about imaginary things , it’s been proven . Cooper escapes from prison , there is evidence of him being right across the field on that night , the guy was a sex offender and raped someone in Mexico while on the run . The race card will always blurr any real investigation.

I just watched this full hour of 48 hours on TV. I have great respect for the Grandmother (RIP) for publicly stating that the black guy did not do this and believing strongly that there were other people that committed the murders. If she would have lived long enough, she would be proven right. God bless her.
