Weren't the ancients split into the scientists and the magic-users, like the whole thing with the mages sealing galacta knight and then getting banished? If so, couldn't this mean that the galactic novas would be a culmination of both before the mages were banished?

I think before the split they were planning on making a nova, and once they split each faction made their own version, the scientists making stardream, and the mages making nova

Yes, we do know what the heart spears look like. They are literally stuck in the Jamba heart. And no, Fecto Elfilis didn't help seal Void Termina, but Galacta Knight did. He uses the heart spears in one of his attacks in Super Kirby Clash. He's like 99% one of the four heroes. I doubt Fecto Elfilis is, just using a spear is not enough evidence.

Well, the reason I think Elfilis is one of the four heroes is because they aren’t the first Kirby character to open portals between time and space, the other is Galacta Knight. Plus, this may be a small stretch, but there have been two people that have been absorbed by Morpho Knight. Galacta and Forgo, and we know the former is one of the four heroes. Is it a stretch? …maybe. But who knows, all I know is other people are gonna slander me here because of this and that.

I like that theory and it would be good symbolism but I have a hard time thinking that Fecto Elfilis could have ever been seen as a hero as all of its description state that it was just a conqueror.

@@user-jm1cx7nc9o good point, not against it, but I'm gonna bring up Galacta again. Galacta's motives are unknown, but most people sort of see him as a villain. Star Dream says he can destroy planets, Hyness was forced to seal him away due to him going berserk, so what if the same happened to Elfilis? Say someone like Void Termina managed to corrupt the four heroes, so that means Galacta and Elfilis had went crazy, with Galacta being sealed and Elfilis attacking the forgotten land. Who knows, maybe the next games will introduce the last two heroes.

I think Fecto Elfilis’ spear kinda resembles himself because the two top sides of the spear look like his ears

I feel like the lore star cutter making the same portals as elfilis is the most important evidence of the ancients originally living in the forgotten land and maybe Magalor being a ancient Edit: I just realized that Haltman (maybe Susie) look I kinda similar to Magalor mostly the eyes shape also there hands and body so it is a possibility

I have a theory that magolor, hyness, haltmann, and susie, ALL of them is the Ancients. Well, the descendant of the ancients. That's why they're similar to each other. Maybe, Hyness and Magolor is the part of the Magic faction of the ancients (If i remembered correctly hyness said something about the technology faction banishing the magic faction) and Susie and Haltmann is the part of the Technology faction. Also, when i watched the part where he shows the 3 planets the ancients can go to, i have a thought that maybe adeleine is a descendant of the ancients that stays in popstar. I know, the old theory of adeleine coming from shiver star, but i think forgotten land has debunked this theory. For shiver star, we have no idea. HAL never updated about this planet ever since its debut on kirby 64. Halcandra might be the planet with the most residence, as it housed 2 large factions. (Also while we talk about ancestry, i think waddle dees, awoofies, and the dog shown in wondaria might be related? Maybe a good portion of the dogs was brought to Popstar and becomes waddle dees, and the ones who stayed becomes awoofies?)

I believe that the Ancients powered their technology and artifacts with Dark Matter and that's what allowed them to become such an advanced civilization capable of magical feats. It may have also been the cause of their downfall. The biggest supporting evidence of this is the Giant Heart that Hyness unleashes at the beginning of Star Allies and the one he needs to corrupt to awaken a Void Termina (who is pretty much Dark Matter). This Giant Heart bears striking resemblance to the heart cores of the Galactic NOVA clockwork stars. Hyness may have acquired this heart from the fallen corpse of Star Dream after the events of Planet Robobot (as Star Allies takes place as the next game in the timeline). Dark Matter essence is also implied to have tainted the Master Crown as Magolor's Soul form shares a lot of traits with Zero (a being of dark matter). It's quite possible that eventually the Ancient's hubris in dealing with Dark Matter technology eventually brought about their ruin. Remnants of their technology is spread across the Gamble Galaxy. Star Rods are found on many different planets (see Milky Way Wishes) as proof of their spread across multiple planets.

Wait, this could be where all those human characters like Adeline and the others came from!

If Magolor and Hyness (maybe related) are part of the Ancient's race, then I don't think they come from the forgotten land. Clearly humans lived there and maybe used blueprints or scripts of the Ancients to make use of Elfilis' abilities. After all, the Ancients disappeared forever ago. Elfilis bring one of the heroes of yore could be but there is no evidence. Because it has a speer doesn't qualify it as one of them. It has similarities to Void Termina, which could just be its design. Maybe Hyness read the scripts wrong and did mistakes (like letting the jamba heart explode into pieces across the galaxy on accident). Hyness might not know how the god, he TRULY worshipped, looks like. Upon summoning the wrong god, Void Termina took on the form and design of what Hyness imagined. Everything Void Termina uses is a memory, so its appearance could just be a distorted, wrong imagination of Elfilis' design. Only Void within is the real god. Back to Elfilis being a hero of yore, it could hint on some things in the future though. Like maybe Morpho Knight starts to absorb the remaining heroes of yore. Maybe every single one of the heroes were done dirty and left to suffer like Galacta Knight and Elfilis, making them enraged. Maybe Morpho Knight tries to save them, while also trying to train Kirby for what is to come. Judgment Day.

here's a personal theory I have, it's kinda basic, but I personally like it. and think it's the most likely: The Forgotten Land is earth, and the inhabitants were humans. when they left to a "land of dreams" this was indeed, Dreamland / planet popstar. now they very well could have gone to other worlds as well, such as shiverstar, or formed the haltman corparation, like you brought up. but as for the main group which would have stayed on planet popstar. well, I think they ARE the dreamlanders we see in-game. I think over hundreds, if not thousands of Years, the humans became the residents that we know today, either via evolution, or perhaps the magic of the world slowly transformed them. and after however many generations it must have been. they no longer have any historical records or anything that connects them to the original humans, so over time they just, forgot there own history.

I think that Shiverstar was Earth, its continents have a similar shape, and even an orbiting moon. It’s widely accepted that Shiver Star used to be earth until Haltmann took it’s resources and caused a Nuclear Winter. This is backed up the last boss being a giant robot named HR/H, HR possibly meaning Haltmann Robot.

I think it's extremely likely that the Forgotten Land is Earth and that the Ancients were humans. People seem so set on Shiverstar being Earth just because of similar landmasses but the cities and structures in the Forgotten Land are way too similar to our own to ignore. They are clearly implying that this is Earth.

Theory: Maybe when the ancients were together they all made them together and made it so that if you combined all the relics of the ancients it could make something so powerful.

I have an idea: maybe when they overused fecto fecto got mad and destroyed everything forgo might be short for forgotten so maybe fecto forgo was forgotten so the beast pack didint know that it would turn against them like what it did to the others and "the land of dreams" might indicate to forgo dreams

I do belive the forgotten land like paralel to the pre-colon new world being a colony planet of this ancient humanlike race. Some threads of research for everyone are the fact in spanish the lab discovera is changed for the words for "observe and discover" in latin fitting with elfilis/fecto being just a tour attraction to "here is where we began" . Also the portal incident hinted by the tour gide talks about "planetary teleportation" hiting it could have warped entire planets in the past. Finally food for thought elfilin had to recover btween closing the portal at the end and being taken care by clawroline so time does flow different btween popstar and forgotten lands while no connection is happening

I think the ancients created the novas, the master crown, etc. Fecto elfilis created the portales to other dimensions so when Haltmann was experimenting in the Lightron company (in its descripción it says that they did research on electrónico, astronomic and more things), in the forgotten Land, elfilis appeared there. At the time they captured it, elfilis started possesing the animals, so they started to change slowly (in the game it's said that when Leon found Id-f86, he started talking a lenguaje that Carol didn't knew, human lenguage). Elfilis also opened some portals and became dangerous, and at the time, Haltmann was making a experiment with Star Dreams. Sussie was there and got transported to another dimension thanks to Elfilis. Now the question is: Did the ancients were there at the time or they lived so many time before or maybe in other dimension? If they were there at the time, that would be the crisis Hynness talked about. For me the ancients are much older, so the inhabitants of the forgotten Land and other places found some things of the ancients. I don't think the forgotten Land is shiver star. Maybe in the next game they will talk about the crisis. That is only a part if what I wanted to say but is the first time I share my opinion about Kirby Lore, and now is getting a lot of attention. I don't know if I am correct at some things. Also, I have to say that some things aren't maybe understandable, my english isn't perfect.

Do you think that Galaxia (Meta Knight Sword) is crafted by the ancient too? You see... If you fighting against Magolor Soul EX mode you will notice that his ultra sword attack use double Galaxia sword...

That’s a good theory

The four heroes of Yore could have been represented using a sword, staff, hammer and healing tools. Aeon Hero certainly gives away that he was the sword user of the group so could Elfilis be the staff user? He certainly uses his spear like a staff or wand almost like conjuring spells and seeing how he uses attacks similar to Galacta Knight as well such as Tornados and beam attacks in the shape of their respective weapons yeah for me my headcanon would be that Elfilis was one of the four heroes of yore and seeing how this game comes after we had the lore that there were 4 heroes who sealed void to then be shown Aeon Hero and now Elfilis then yeah Id say with each game they're probably showcasing each member and by now we might have 2 of the 4.

I highly doubt it I think they were humans think about it it would explain why ado is on popstar and it also explain where they went after earth became shiverstar

BTW, I also came up with this theory about the ancients were halcandrian. Because in Jambandram (IDK but I'll just call It that), Lor means paradise, and Mafo means lie. Since Magolor's Japanese part of Mago is Maho, which the h sounds like a f, Magolor's name could mean false paradise. Since... he is an al'lie'y . Also , Hyness' skin color matches Magolor's Main color

I am fairly convinced Elfilis, wether it is an lone idividual or a member of a once existing species encountered something related to Void Termina, Void Termina is seen to use memories as a way to create his body in the same manner Kirby uses memories to manifest visions of its friends, and almost every single attack from Fecto Elfilis can be traced back to Void Termina's 3rd phase. I highly doubt the original people from the New World are the anchients, unless there are some serious time flow differences between the 2 dimensions as alot of the world is still intact despite the original people leaving (I hopefully dont need to mention paper cups are still widely present inside the mall stages). What Leongar said regarding a Land of Dreams, that can easily be put into doubt as he was being manipulated by Fecto Forgo.

But that means that it is quite impossible that the anchients directly came into Kirby's world and be so much more advanced.... The time in the other world goes so much faster yet when you view the state of the world it looks like a 100 years barely passed.

My headcanon for Fecto Elfilis's abilities: It was created to mimic the power of Void/ Void Termina. In addition to the warp ability, F.E. also possesses the ability to copy the appearances and abilities of various creatures by consuming them, similar to everyone's favorite pink world eater. (This is also why it melts and turns into Fetco Forgo, without Elfilin as a tether its copying power was going haywire.) It can also manifest its spear at will, possibly being able to create it from memories similar to the abilities of Dark Matter. Finally, Fecto Elfilis possesses the power to create rifts, which can be granted to individuals through the master crown, which seems to be a Void Termina-associated object. F.E. could also be one of the 4 heroes who sealed away Void Termina originally, with him having lost his purpose and turned to conquest with no more threats to face.

There's something cool about Fecto Elfilis being the one who invented the portals that the Ancients used

maybe the crown was a single user version of the tech that the lore starcutter uses, like a private jet vs a plane and megalore figured out a way to abuse it's rift opening power to mutate himself

i think one of the four heroes who sealed void termina was galacta knight...but was considered so strong and sealed by Haynes and the magic ancient and then the scientist ancient banish them

with haltmann he could also be tied to the ancients as he is collecting resources from other planets including popstar in hopes of finding leftovers from the ancients

Halt Mann, Susie, and taranza might be related to the aceints and Magolor because and this does sound pretty weak they all kind of have floating hands unlike popstar residents or galaca knight and morpho knight but are related to the Jamba sisters

I found this today (or when this comment was sent) but in kirby and the forgotten land in the level "An Unexpected Beast King" on the unbroken last arch there is a blue coin on top that is hidden but i used a glitch to get it and idk how to get it without a glitch yet.

We DO know one of the Four Heroes of Yore! *Galacta Knight!* You'll find the evidence in Super Kirby Clash against Aeon Hero (Dark).

I'm going to try to figure it out once and for all so I will be busy with all of this information

Some more proof of the ancients being in the forgotten land is the amusement park. Magolor knows how to build one, and does it in his first appearance. Maybe Magolor was the engineer for the Wondaria Park.

I think that the scientific ancients came from shiver star, as the planet has a cloning facility or something, and a sci-fi city with a robot, while the magic ancients came from the forgotten land, as the only sciency thing is the lab where they experimented on Elfilis and discovered dimensional travel, and their victory against Elfilis gave the society the desire to control the mysterious forces of the main Kirby universe.

I don't super agree with your theory but I do think you make some valid points. I do think that the ancient came from this planet, but I think that they didn't immediately become some so powerful. I think that their society evolved a lot, and that them figuring out warp technology and travelling to the most well known worlds of the kirbyverse (popstar, halcandra, another dimension) might have been the seeds that eventually grew into the society of the ancients. Also, due to the fact that the science users and magic users lived in harmony for some time, It makes me wonder where they learned magic from. the citizens of the forgotten land didn't use magic, so they could've bonded with some already existent society living in halcandra of popstar. Also has anyone noticed how similar fecto elfilis looks to phase on of star dream?! anyway good video :)

Here's my headcanon: The Ancients are originally the humans of Earth/Shiver Star. At some point in its history, Void Termina comes along and tries to force them to become its slaves. The humans resist, and the eldritch god renders the planet so cold that it becomes all but unsustainable for life. Most humans are wiped out as a result, but enough of the population escapes to space that mankind as a species can continue. However, they have to migrate through the stars in a slow manner, possibly no more than 1-10% of the speed of light. After a long period (possibly dozens or even hundreds of generations) of wandering through space, the humans find the planet that is now the Forgotten Land and start building civilization anew there, even importing the plants and animals from Earth. By this point, life in space has changed the Ancients so much that they no longer completely resemble us (the humans of today). After an unspecified amount of time, Fecto Elfilis shows up and attacks the planet, but the Ancients are advanced enough to subdue and contain it in the Eternal Capsule within Lab Discovera. Through experimentation, they learn the secrets of Fecto Elfilis' powers, and from there they begin advancing in massive leaps and bounds. Eventually they leave the Forgotten Land (and Fecto Elfilis) behind to colonize other worlds, including Halcandra, where they reach the apex of their technological prowess. After yet another unspecified amount of time, the "galactic crisis" happens, and Void Termina is summoned by the mages to end it. This time, however, Void Termina is sealed by the four heroes with their spears, but at the cost of the Halcandrans' sustainability as a species. But on the topic of the Ancients in the Forgotten Land - the Ancients' meteoric rise is, IMO, 100% because of their studies on Fecto Elfilis. -Faster-than-light travel with the Lor Starcutter? They copied Fecto's star portals and his ability to travel via Another Dimension. -The wish-granting powers of Nova and the power-boosting of the Master Crown? They copied Fecto's ability to warp reality and increased its scale. -The four spears that finally sealed Void Termina in the Jamba Heart? All of them were based on Fecto's own spear. -The power to control dreams via the Star Rod and Fountain of Dreams? They were based on Fecto's own psychic powers. All of the Ancients' technological prowess (and development of magic, hence the split between science and magic) were because they were somehow able to contain and study an alien god. But they fell when they tried to call a greater alien god, and paid the ultimate price. Thanks for listening to my TED Talk.

You know what kind of frustrates me? We will never really know the *entire* lore behind kirby. Because if we do, then the franchise would end, wouldn't it? The ancients, the powerful weapons, everything- we will never see *all* of it.

I guess that the ancients weren't alone in fecto elfilis first defeat and I guess that the ancients most be a organisation called the Imagen order from the game fortnite anyway my guess was that fecto elfilis a guardian of the zero point a massive orb of unlimited power and for a example of a guess is a line that the character doctor slone saying that we been at work for thousands of years

funnily enough since the ancients had the same transportation power that fecto elflis had could He also have been one of the ancients himself but wanted to become like king of the ancients and betrayed the rest of them for a lust for greater power and just simply went rouge and destroyed their world so they had to seal him away it’s similar to how the angel lucifer was one of the angels and he wanted to become all powerful and betrayed the rest of the angels to become an all powerful being thus becoming rouge and because he was causing all this caos the arch angle michal and god had to seal lucifer away to keep him from causing more caos and it’s very interesting because it could be the same reason why fecto elfilis went rouge and was captured in the first place but it’s obviously just a theory of mine but it would explain why fecto elfilis went rouge and was captured in the first place similar to how lucifer was also part of the arch angles until he went rouge and was eventually captured by michael and god but it’s just a theory like and comment if you think that’s might be what happened and if you agree with my theory but anyways awesome video keep up the good work my friend

The ancients learned how to teleport because they caught Fecto Elfilis, not because they had the same powers as Fecto Elfilis. And the game clearly states that Eliflis appeared in the Forgotten Land at some point. Take helicopters for example, they mimic the way fireflies fly. Just because humans made helicopters and they resemble the way fireflies fly, does that mean fireflies are humans too?
