He was spotted on set Also for the villain based movies like Scarecrow, Clayface, and Professor Pyg I’m pretty sure Batman is gonna be in those films as the antagonist since we’ll be seeing the film through the perspectives of the villains

You should watch Gotham, if you haven't already and if have HBO Max. That show's penguin is my favourite, and honesty underrated. Although, they do tend to also waste characters, like Maroni, Mr Freeze, Firefly etc. But they do have good arcs, Penguin's Rise to power, Riddler's descent into madness, the whole court of owls debacle, the entirety of Season 4. Not saying you have to watch it, I'm just giving a recommendation for a really well written Cobblepot.

I remember Danny Devito Penguin. I loved it at the time, but didn't know then that Penguin is supposed to be a constant boss and not a one time main villain.

I love how Matt has put 'The' in every title so far like THE BATMAN and THE PENGUIN feels so connected in it's own way
