@@loumona76 as a person who knows nothing about baking and never tried to write using chocolate it's just impressive to see the attention to detail and a surprise to see it actually write.... u may be an expert or whatever so this shits not impressive to you but to me and others that is quite a surprise and pretty cool lol

I’ve heard of chewing on your eraser when you’re thinking really hard about something to write for an assignment, but this literally takes the cake.

The main reason I watch him now is because of the Netflix series I recently saw. He is the best kind of leader - respectful, honest, encouraging, helpful, available, firm, humble, and caring. Unlike some of these other fools who believe yelling, calling people names, disrespecting others is the way to motivate people. Amaury, Thank you for showing people how it's done!!!

ikr ! school of chocolate is by far the best show out of all the competition shows i have watched. this series is just beyond amazing and i never thought that i would be feeling all kinds of emotions with all the contestants participated throughout the whole series. i even noticed that they dont even eliminate a single contestant throughout the show. nonetheless, they all improved and gave all their best throughout this journey. im so excited for more of these series to come.

Just finished school of chocolate and it was inspiring. It was so nice to see how kind and humble Chef Amaury is. You can definitely tell every student was touched and their lives were changed by the experience. But best of all I finally saw how that glass dome is created!

He really was so kind. It's funny to watch him in contrast to say Gordon Ramsey or other TV chefs... he was so patient and helpful, which for most people is a better environment to learn in.

Honestly, he was the best host? Or chef cause I watch many other ones and most times none of them do anything to help and they never actually talk to the people, he is an incredible person and made the show entertaining for me.

I just finished watching "School of Chocolate " and I'm impressed with Chef Amaury Guichon. He's so Patient, Humble and kind and he doesn't demean his students. If they need help he asks if they need it and proceeds about how to doing it and explaining in a calm and thoughtful manner. There's is no Drama and no Ego whatsoever. It's refreshing to watch him teach because he doesn't Yell or use any Profanity instead he Critiques in a quiet way that makes the students Admire, Respect and want to learn from him. He is one of the Best Chocolatiers I have ever seen and he doesn't come across as being Arrogant or a Jerk. It is nice to watch a show like this where is no Hateful & Disrespect coming from the one who is teaching. The Students don't have to worry that he's going to Belittle them for not getting something right. Yes I admire Amaury for your Graciousness and Classy way you carry yourself through out the show.

I'm not sure how anyone can eat your creations. They are too pretty to break into. I would just keep them in a glass case for as long as I could.

This is one of the older ones i know, but the fact that it WRITES still blows me away.

Loved seeing this on School of Chocolate. Congrats on the show btw. I binged it in two days. Loved how there weren’t elimination challenges and everyone got to truly learn

I'm quite certain that this pencil would sell very easily near a school-especially one where food is not allowed in class and is for the teen ages. Can do work and munch at same time

I was mind blown when I saw it.

So cool how everything is accurate about the pencil: the make of the pencil, the no.2 label, how the pencil writes, the pencil shaving, and the fact that even the inside matched what the inside of a pencil would look like (lead in the middle & pencil wood on the outside). Absolute genius! 👏💯

Just binged watch your Netflix School of Chocolate. Very fine show. You were a great instructor who allowed your students to grow. You never gave up on them. Classy. I hope you get another season and continue your success. Your passion is evident and comes through in the show.

The thing I love about Chef Amaury is he just seems like he's having such a good time while he's creating with that big smile on his face. There's something slightly impish about him too. He always seems a little mischievous 🙂
