Oh!!!! This is a wonderful trailer. I'm excited to read the book. I lived in Brunswick and Savannah several years ago. Each time I visited the beaches I imagined the stories they would tell.

Thanks, Cuz! I want folks to know that your father, my cousin, the late Paul Herns, carved peach seed monkeys and gifted two to me and Bettye Jean (my sister) in the 60s. He, too, is looking down proudly knowing what a talisman his gift has become! 🍑🕊

That is still locked behind the Wall of History, as part of plan by oppressors. I built this fictional story around what MIGHT have been; what COULD grow from a single seed found in the sand.
