Hi, I just wanted to say that I feel similar to you in so many ways. It was almost like watching myself in a mirror. You aren't alone. The ability to read at times like these definitely disappears, for me it's a good measure of my mental health. I had a very big weight gain some years ago. It's so difficult to find new ways of dressing , it disturbs your identity. I don't know if you are familiar with Ciasbod podcast, watching Cia has helped me come to terms with my body as it is now. Best wishes for the New Year, I hope your brain allows you a bit more rest in 2024.

Gosh you've done a lot!! I also haven't read a book in a while (summer? 2020), but I use audiobooks as background noise for knitting. Rarely as good as what I would read in book form. I also knit swatches, then don't immediately start the project lately. Too much mental energy is needed sometimes, but I'm ready for when I do want to start. Happy New Year!! 🎉
