Bobbery at B is criminal. He is the sole reason I beat the Shadow Queen. He has massive splash damage and is overall a great partner.

Bow's Outta Sight in 64 is functionally the same as Goombella's Rally Wink. That's why they're the best partners in each game. They can dish out good damage themselves, and anything they can't damage, they can give their turn to Mario.

Every female partner in TTYD has a move that involves kissing. Goombella: Rally Wink (It's called Support Kiss in Japanese, and all localizations except the English one) - She kisses Mario to give him an extra turn Flurrie: Lip Lock - She kisses an enemy, draining its HP Vivian: Infatuate - She blows kisses at the enemies, confusing them And Ms. Mowz has two Kiss Thief - She kisses an enemy to distract it so they can steal its item Smooch - She kisses Mario to restore his HP

Power level aside, I just want to say that Kooper is a ride or die.

ironically ms. mowz may be the weakest partner in ttyd but she's the most useful against a certain super boss if you know

Baby Yoshi is my favorite in Paper Mario Thousand Year Door.

Yoshi Kid is a freaking best give him some power badges,Power Lift,and Power Punch and watch murder everything in seconds.He has some of the best multi hit moves in the game Stampede is basically a power bounce that hits all enemies.He can wipe out bosses and enemies very quickly.

Just gunna say in casual runs, Ms. mowz is actually pretty handy for nabing badges off enemy's.

Y’all should note when ranking Goombario his mult bonk is glitched normally both it and power bounce has a hidden cap to how many you can land. But multi bonk doesn’t reset the cap if you fail early causing the next one to fail possibly on the first jump. You can fix it by swapping him in and out tho or end of battle

It’s funny that the only partner based on a preexisting species that’s a consistent ally to Mario is easily the strongest.

Unironically Goombella was such a great support character, on the other hand with Koops he simply got over shadowed by the rest of the cast, mostly useful to obtain items and that’s it( the same for the mouse)

To those thinking Ms. Mowz is useless: You can actually steal items from enemies that don't appear to have one during battle. All enemies have an "item pool" of possible items they can have, and if an enemy is NOT holding an item in battle, Ms. Mowz still has a chance (~20%) of stealing an item from them, which will be generated at random of the enemy's item pool (in the other 80% cases, she will steal coins). This includes badges! This can be very tedious since the chances of getting a badge are 2%, but you can use this to get multiple copies of a single badge for some ludicrous builds. Yes, that doesn't make her a good partner, but many people don't know this

Koops isn’t better than Kooper, you could just use items to protect, the dizzy shell is really useful to give more turns for support or offense, and the fire shell is great in chapter 7.

I never used Ms. Mowz as much as I had playing the remake. Sure, she’s weak, but when some enemies have armor, her pierce is really useful. Lol

I agree with the idea of Baby Yoshi being the strongest, even though I’ve never played the game, I guess you can say the next generation is gonna be full of powerhouses. I like the idea that Koops is better than Kooper, though I can’t say the same for Goombella with Goombario, the former is a child friendly version of Miia from Monster Musume. Partners that I enjoy include Koops, Vivian, and Madame Flurry.

I agree with everything except the top 3, the best of them all is goombella, in that game partners can equip badges, and power bonk is just the best move in the game no doubt, 2nd is yoshi and 3rd is bow.

flurry is C too not gona lie....you don't need to tank in TTYD, because superguard is a thing Soo she is just like lakilester.... and the PE is half brocken, sometime you will not get PE by using her wind when u suppose too...

He sure is a more fun character (pirate Bob-omb? Had a loving wife? Super cool!), but Koops does also pull off good spread damage - and they both offer incredible support. But I don't write him off entirely! I've had plenty of fun using him in combat, too. He even ended up carrying against one of the superbosses due to his one-hit big damage.

man im sorry but you lost me when you put ms mowz at the bottom, smooch is underrated. if you find cheesy ways to keep farming fp, mario becomes immortal.
