5:02 This confused me too, but later in the series they show that her phone only gets a signal when the portal is open. Once it’s destroyed at the end of season 1 she can’t send texts anymore. We’ve seen that she brought a lot of stuff from her house to the Boiling Isles so hopefully Luz also took a charger to leave at the Owl House because if not her phone doesn’t have much time left lol

A few things here I want to talk about *1:* 5:01 I think the data is coming through the portal. Which is why at the end of the series we see Luz recording video logs instead of just texting her mother, she records them so that eventually she can show them to her mom and explain what was happening. *2.* 7:35 It's not said directly but the show implies that the magic comes from The Isles itself. In the episode Adventures in the Elements, Luz finds out that glyphs can be seen anywhere in nature (e.g. Light glyph in the stars or ice glyph in snowflakes). Also In Young Blood Old Souls we see that Luz can't use glyphs in the Human Realm. *3.* 10:45 That's a broken palisman. A palisman is a witches familiar that they carve from a special material to use as a staff and just a little buddy. This is what Owlbert is to Eda. Belos _kills_ them and _drinks their blood._ That's it just wanted to put that out there. Feel free to correct me!

i interpreted the container as something different. I interpreted it as a bile sack from a witch, in part because it would better explain his tyranny and literal witch hunt, and could have some lore connections to the giant green heart that seems to be entirely bile. Either way, the show is far from over, and the answers will come eventually (assuming the show doesnt get canceled, that is. *knock on wood*)

I think you missed the point of the start of the show, with Luz in the principals office and being sent to camp. It's more than just being "too creative" it's that she doesn't recognize that her actions have consequences and she's going to get someone hurt. And she does this! She doesn't take things seriously and treats it like a game. That's why she sent to camp.

He completely ignored the palisemen, so i will explain it now: Palisemen are a witch's familiar, they are connected to the witch's staff, and they can be connected and disconnected to the staff, but if the staff is damaged, the paliseman can get out by itself. @@doomer17o eda doesn't.. did you watch the finale? of course she does. and amity would make no sense on several levels (timing-wise these are sent before they start hanging out and it's never stated that luz told her about her supposedly being at summer camp. eda and king are the only ones who know that. hooty doesn't count). my money's on either eda or some unknown character

i haven't watched a single episode of the owl house, but I have a feeling that the "Day of Unity" is going to be Emporer Belos using the portal thing he's creating, unify the boiling isles, and regular earth, and rising to power in both dimensions

Disney Plus got rid of free trials so that Marvel and Star Wars fans don’t abuse it. I just watch it on cable and Disney Now, although I got Disney Plus to watch The Mandolorian, Hamilton, Phineas And Ferb: Candace Against The Universe, and the Marvel shows.

random idea: when Luz entered the boiling isles a new version of herself was made that went to the camp so whenever she stays in the magic realm/boiling isles a version of herself is at camp which would explain why she doesn't wanna exit its because she knows that if she leaves then a part of her disappears which would explain why she lost her magic when she reentered earth while fighting Lilith since that copy of her is actually made of magic which gives her the ability to cast magic in paper form
