I hiked up to the Thira ruins in santorini. Pretty amazing place, hardly any tourists. Even the busy islands have out of the way places.

The shells are spread their for their calcium content to go into the soil to benefit the farmers.

There is a cute little square in Ano Mera. I rented a convertible when I was in Mykonos. It's a great island to explore. The NE side of the island has some cool beaches but rocky.

My guess is the shells are from some ancient sea or lake. I know outside of Salt Lake City, where I used to live, the canyons were full of old fish bones. The Salt Lake had receded and left them.

It is nice to see you with Ana, Greece should be shared always with nice friends and loved ones. it is for sure a more relaxing time when you go off-season, one of my doubts when thinking in Mykonos or Santorini is the crowds and the overpricing, but in your video it looks pretty relaxing time.

Hi Gabriel, Nice trip over to Mykonos I noticed you shaved woman will make you do things you wouldn't normally do. Another thing I noticed is a cactus on the Island of Mykonos next to the church the climate is dry like in Mexico which means you can grow the Blue Agave plant which yields Tequila I might be wrong but I'm guessing you can. Anna will get a kick out of that.

Possibly the snail shells were spread on farmland to increase calcium deposition in the soil of the farms. Showing the importance of guano and specific structures built to obtain farm fertilizer shows how important soil nutrients are to maximize harvest in a sparse farm environment. Mykonos the party Island we went there in 2006nfor a few hours til out boat came to take us to Paros then Santorini. No sidewalks from the ship to a few business for food. Didn't see much.

Yikes! Two drinks for 49 EUROS/$53 US at 17:39 at a tourist trap. That's almost $80 Canadian. I won't be going there.

Are there "family" churches in the US? Regardless, no, I wouldn't say that you would be likely to get shot entering churches with unlocked doors in the US. Trespassing on private property, yes, certainly a possibility. But of course, Greece isn't the US.

Did you stay in Greece for about a month? I went to Crete for a week the price was £1300. 2 weeks will cost a fortune. Just curious how can you spend all that time in Greece? Eating out + hiring a car as well it will cost a fortune. 🤔 having guided tours was expensive including paying to have a look in Knossos. 😕

You should take the boat to Delos for sure. According to myth Apollo and Artemis the divine twins were born there. Also visit Paros which is much better than overrated Mykonos imo.
