Sometimes, it's not about being first, but rather KNOWING what to pick up. Because if you don't know.... Well, then you'll just skip items that are worth a lot of money! So many great BOLOs in this video so definitely watch until the end!
As a reseller, you will meet (or at least notice) a bunch of other resellers who thrift at the same stores as you. Many of these resellers are looking for OTHER things than you (for example, some specialize in only electronics, hard goods, book, shoes or clothes etc). Then there's the resellers who are actually your "competition" as they're looking for the same categories as you.
Of course, it's never fun to see someone else pick up something that YOU wanted to pick up, but we obviously understand that we can't win them all.
In this video though, another reseller who IS looking for the same stuff as us, completely dropped the ball and left toooons of goodies on the new rack despite getting to them first. Most likely, she was rushing to get through the rack and thus missed them completely as they're very minimalistic in design. This will definitely happen to all of us but I was happy it wasn't me this time!

6 digit number for nike is the model and the 3 digit is the color way. so if you dont find and exact match, you can also just drop the last 3 to find same style but different colors

I recently found a pair of toteme women's jeans at my little podunk goodwill for $10. I was unfamiliar with the name, and when I looked it up, I was shaking and trying not to scream as I carefully put them in my cart 😂

Yeah I would agree with Mother, Agolde, and Miss Me. Rock Revival can be good sometimes, and certain styles of Madewell are good. I also usually grab Good American jeans when I see them. I’ve sold those for $40+ at times, but they are probably more in the range of $30-$35 if you want a quick sale. And I avoid most skinny jeans.
I had an Arcteryx pullover last year that sold for $100+. Sold in less than a day. Love to get another one day!

Holy mac and cheese. Nice Arc'teryx find! I've only found 1 ever and it was a cheap button up short sleeve shirt. lol. Mother does really good. I've only found 1 too. Will looked like he was scrambling with jealousy to try to find something through the new racks there.

Great Arcteryx find! My only Arcteryx find was a jacket at the Reading,Pa bins...It had flaws but still sold for $125 in less than a week. I paid less than $1! I can't seem to sell Greyson or Judy Blue. I just listed my 1st pair of Mother, L' Agence, and Mens True Religion jeans. I hope it works out for both of us!
