    I like your videos Mario. Your not a paint gun snob. I accidentally bought one of these guns, I thought it was a discontinued model or something. What I have found is these knock offs are so close to the original now, you can use the original fluid tips on them. BTW, bumper cover looks beautiful.

    I swore you had me thinking I seen this review … the other you did was the sampler . I know both guns are built the same . So both will spray well , keep posting ! Also your Technique is fine ! I hate reading you comments and people talking shit , the whole point is painting the car , not who can paint the best like a robot . I enjoy your videos …

    @@mariopaintclass6091 I need to shoot another video , I keep buying guns but I been having a block mentally on what to shoot or if it’s worth shooting . I just got a anest Iwata Wider4L that replaces LPH-400 … I been using it for 2 months and I love it but my plan are to shoot with it when it gets warmer for a full paint job . Also I got a devilbiss but every time I post devilbliss they get like no views 😂. But yeah hit me up any time , maybe we can get ideas from each other

    Great review Mario, for what is a fake Devilbiss it does the job very well as a lot of these copies are not that good but this one laid all the different paints quite well even the clearcoat looked nice and flat. I think streaks are caused by not doing the drop coat at the end or poor overlap when applying the basecoat, could even be a poorly maintained gun or not setup correctly 🤔 I'm in the process of getting some different WoW primer (sealer) Mario see if it helps with the problems I'm having getting a good finish when using it, time will tell 🤷‍♂️👍 John UK.

    what model pneumatic sander are you using there? Also why do you use 2 types of cleaners. Do you do the same for metal panels. Meaning that your also using 2 types of cleaners.

    Hi Mario, great video, with lots of useful information. Have you had a chance to try the Chinese version of the Gti Pro Lite paint gun with the 1.8mm nozzle? Is it true that all those paint guns actually have 1.3mm nozzles, regardless of the different markings on them? Thanks.

    What’s the solvent base cleaner mate? Is it grease and wax remover? Also for the water base is it window cleaner? Thanx

  • @mariopaintclass6091

    @mariopaintclass6091

    So the solvent is meant to remove grease and oil. While the water base is meant for airborne contaminants, dirt oil from your hands,stains basically it gives a deeper clean like degreaser

    When you say sealer, is that the same as primer?

  • @mariopaintclass6091

    No sir they are two separate things. Primer gets rough and hard while sealer stay soft and smooth where you can just paint right over it.

    Original and Hyfire Gti pro lite should not be used together to describe this gun. It's a Chinese fake. The Original is made by Devilbiss in UK. I won't settle for less than the real pro lite. Pay it forward.

    I think streaks is caused by poor painting skills,using poor quality paint guns with small fan pattern, not applying dropcoats in between with 75%/80% overlap in coverage and when u don't use the correct reducer in paint mixture .

    Hi Benson & Mario , is dropcoat being apply for every coat or only the final coat? Sometimes i tried dropcoat on the last coat after my final 3rd coat, and do a drop coat while the base is still wet and it can close up the streaks and lay the metalic more smoothly.

    @@mariopaintclass6091 i always love to learn from you and Brian. Its been a while i learn painting and i always has streak during the first and 2nd coat of base. Until today im not sure and looking at your video, u guys really nail it even from the 1st coat. The 3rd coat gets better and the final drop coat usually can cover the streaks which is the only way i did until today. Might be my technique or spray gun or even compressor which i haven't really figure out. After looking at ur comment, might be even a clog spray gun cause streaks? Hehe but highly impossible as i always clean and triple clean my spray gun after every stage.
