Haha, we enjoyed Henry's Rick Flari "woo" too. He was excited for that brunch buffet lol. If you guys are ever in Louisville, you should definitely check this place out. Their Hot Brown and Derby Pie is By Far the Best !! My husband and I stayed there last year for our Anniversary. Love the Hotel but the bed was as hard as a Rock. Everything else was Superb!!

I think this is the first time we have seen Brent without a hat lol. The fresh flowers are always a nice touch. I've been to Denmark twice in the past 8 months and they are all about open faced sandwiches over there lol, sounds like Brent would fit right in over there! I'm gonna admit I've never had a hot brown. Y'all have sold us now. Brents sandwich looked so good.

It is a very rare occurence for me to go without a hat when we're filming lol. We didn't know if there was a dress code here, so we played it safe on this day, but rest assured - the hat was safely returned to my gigantic noggin once we got back to the truck. That's really cool that they're all about open faced sandiches in Denmark. What was your favorite open faced sandwich that you tried in Denmark? You guys should definitely try a hot brown the next time you're in Kentucky. We hope that you guys are having a great week and thanks for watching.

We’re only about 2.5 hours from Louisville and usually spend some time down there every year but have never been to the Brown Hotel to eat. Definitely will add it to the list, everything looked great! And Jennifer being attacked horror movie style at the end made us laugh out loud! Glad they didn’t carry her away! 😂

The hotel looks beautiful. Everything looked very good. I think I would get the buffet. Thanks for sharing. 😎😎

Hello John and Bobbie! It truly is. They really put a lot of thought and detail into every aspect of the building from the ceiling to the tile. The food was so delicious here. Very nice experience - When these classic hotels continue a high level service, they should be patronized. I’m glad you did and enjoyed the dining. The down-under visit looked like fun until the birds piled on. Reminded me of the movie. Explain that to the boys.

I have never had Hot Brown. I have looked for it but no one in my area makes it. You would think that in the mts. of Southwest Virginia that this would be a staple. I have a trip to Louisville to visit some friends in the area. I will make it a point to go here and get the Hot Brown. My first taste should be the best they make, and if Brett says it's the best..I know it will be. What an amazing atmosphere! It is absolutely beautiful. Kentucky Down Under looked fun! I would freak out if those birds got on me tho. I am not a fan of chickens, so it stands to reason that I don't care much for birds either. Hope ya'll had a great weekend. My office is across 4th street from the Brown. Great food! The Seelbach Hotel down 4th has some Al Capone history and a really neat cellar you can tour. Theirs a ballroom on the top floor with a private parlor with a hidden staircase. Glad you stopped in Louisville.

I work for a place we call water tires it was a Greek restaurant and I was first cook we used to make the best hot brown I know I keep coming in but I love you guys I'm having so much fun❤

We all love your family & enjoy the many upon many videos of your family eating in a standard sit down restaurant but it’s great seeing you two & the boys dress up a bit more to go enjoy a nicer upscale restaurant as The Brown is. Maybe one day you will do The Golden Lamb & the Boone Tavern

Food looks amazing, we have not been to KDU since we were kids. So much fun in this video and an emu!! We have an emu near us in a farm, they are so cool. Poor Jennifer, felt like she was in the birds movie.

KDU was definitely a blast. It has been about 6 or 7 years since we've been and they've added several new exhibits. We wanted to explore the cave there. It's been a few years since we've been down in the cave, but they closed early on the day that we went. LOL - She really did look like she was in the movie, Birds. That's hilarious.

lol - Stephanie should definitely skip the bird aviary then if y'all go to KDU. About a dozen birds come swarming down as soon as you walk through the door, landing on you, and looking for food. I know for sure Jennifer will not be going back in the next time we visit.

Nothing beats a Hot Brown, and an Ice Cold Ale 8 in a bottle to wash it down. ;-)
