The Origin of 314 Day in St. Louis | Living St. Louis
Sixteen years ago, Tatum Polk and Terrell “Young Dip” Evans, began a grass roots effort to promote civic pride in their home town. Today, March 14 -- 314 Day -- has become a day for St. Louis to “celebrate the positive.”
