    @@ankitkondilkar4832 I think she's referring to the idea of being in control. We as humans try to be in control all the time. Hence we get anxious about trying to control our future get depressed that we couldn't control our past , but the present is something we can truly control.

    Hey man! 3-4 videos of yours, in a row, to which i typed something, and deleted. Hoping this one will be different. I'll get it to the point. I've been trying to do all these and thinking bout all these stuff ... Be it meditation, accuracy of atheism, everyday life ideologies, building positive attitude, perspective, eating healthy, working out etc since quite long. I came across you channel hardly a couple of weeks ago, and I could say you concluded and preached stuff in few minutes, which took me years to understand myself. And I dare say, I feel I'm somewhat on the right track. But I still have tough time dealing with negativity around. Like I share about things I learnt, realised, etc with some people even though I'm introvert and I feel cringe while lecturing people ... Nobody is just ready to receive it. I do understand it's my problem. But would sure like to have your opinion or suggestion, how to deal with this tussle. Precisely the tussle between this urge to see other people understand the "good" or important things that I understand, and the disappointment I face when i see the kinda pessimism I get to see. Hope to get a reply brother.

    I understand want u mean brother......it's just sometimes u walk a extra mile consciously to find a better way......u r kind enough to tell other people but they won't listen they will mock u...fine....relax stick to ur perspective keep moving on no matter how much they make fun of u...smile n say...I will be there to help if u wanna join my way....Now just focus on ur path, some people like the idea of cribbing, complaining...coz it's cool for them...chill🤘.     I know exactly how you feel brother. But I think I found the answer to this in a Jim Rohn lecture where he tells a story about this pastor that gives one of the best sermons in a church and there are a few journalists outside the church who interview the people as they are leaving after the sermon is over. The journalists found that some of the people were really moved by the sermon but at the same time, some made fun of it, some other got angry with it whereas some others were just indifferent. Rohn said that he would also try to convince people around him who were complaining about stuff, to get into self-development and solve their probelms, but people just wouldn't do it, until one day he realized that the other people need to be in a state of mind to accept your help, you can only help someone who is willing to do something to help themselves. Also, people are in these paradigms, the people who made fun of the sermon are the one's who make fun of everything, the people who get angry are the one's who get angry at everything. There will always be such people and no matter what you say or do, they will do what their paradigm dictates. So, he says that he has made peace with it and so have I to a certain extent, I talk about self-development only with people who like to talk about it, with others I talk about other stuff which sometimes does lead me to repressing my urge to start lecturing but I know the other person isn't going to do it, so I let it go. You need to choose your battles carefully, if you spend all your energy on trying to convince these people that don't want to be convinced, then you won't have any energy left for those who really need that message. That's kind of why I started my own KZread Channel because most of my friends weren't into this and those that were, were sick of me talking about it all the time. 😅 I may have screwed up the story but I think you get the gist of it.

    Being a Vipassana meditator, I can totally agree with all the points you stated here. That's what I have learned in the first 3 days of Vipassana from the video of very respected S.N. Goenka Jii. Genuinely, this video is one of the best videos on youtube in terms of explaining and telling about meditation. I loved it Prakhar. Thank you so much for making this video and letting the worlds know about the importance of it.

    Absolutely nailed the idea and practise of meditation in a very realistic, simple and direct manner - I have tried meditation a couple of times and could very well relate to the frustration part at 6:12. Watching your video made me want to start trying meditation again

    How precisely and accurately u simplified everything......i have been searching for a simplified version if meditation......but the mire videos i watched the more i got confused. So i left it in midway.....But now i m going to start it again as i have been suffering from these anxiety , depression and panic attack problems for past 4 years. Thank you so much. And i have this urge to know more about you....your intellect level and about your academics.     Loved this! Will be starting from tomorrow. Using this comment to keep myself in check. Day1- 30mins( got difficult to focus towards the end) Day2-25mins (difficult than yesterday, probably coz of lack of sleep)

    I use another way that is just like that: focusing on something that you cannot stop (you use breath) while I try heartbeat! This heartfulness meditation!!

    Once you loose sence of their body. Game tab start hoti h. Prakhar will agree.. Yr koi mil hi nahi raha jisse discuss karne ko mile... Ke without psychedelic k bhi aap meditation ke through places pohoch sakte ho .. It was a crazy ride . Most beautiful and intense experience of my life ... Still get goosebumps....

    Or kissi se koi methods poocho mat . Bus sit down in 3-4 day dance will start.. This body is tuned to do meditation.. I think meditation is most artistic thing ever... You need brain and art at the same to reach thr.

    That was a cringe step to get a hike in views .. look at the no of views in his prev videos. I didn’t even know who the hell he is unless i came across the controversy. Same must have happened with many. These small youtubers have these fingers tip methods to get a spike. Eg roasting a bigger and better youtuber, talking bout spirituality mental health n all,

    Meine abhi abhi meditation start kiya hai about 4-5 days ago and mein bhi yhi soch rhi thi ki mein concentrate kyun nhi kar pa rhi breath pe.... it will take some time but yeah I will continue it... thank you so much it's very much useful video for me...

    Also if thoughts dont stop, after exhaling dont inhale. Hold your breath till you can. This might help bringing yourself back from your thoughts!

    6 am in the morning gazing into the sky and asking self why i am thinking about thinking why we exist and are we even real, who's on the higher hierarchy above human etc etc thoughts often clutter my mind. Thanks bro will try to meditate and will deliver the feedback after a month or so

    Sir, i need to bring one point, i have started meditation practice but there is one point i need to clear this , practically breathing is a natural process,but as soon as I started meditation and focus on breathing, breathing cycle becomes manual, that means i control the inhale and exhale, and ultimately i feel heavy while breathing, which I think is not a good part to involve in meditation. Request you to kindly guide me that to this.
