Attending a 10 day course would teach you how to do vipassna and what vipassna is ? When you come back to normal life , it depends on how much you practice it on a daily basis thats what makes the real difference and thats what going to change you as a person. Stay away from this kind of people who are trying to make it look like some spiritual experience , Vipassana is not spiritual, it is scientific . You can listen to Goenka gurujis lectures that are available on youtube and if you are going to attend this course for the very first time then practice meditating for at least 10 min daily for one month before going to the course, so that it wont be a painful experience for you 🌄
