Choosing Earth Mover as one of the members is such an inspired move.

The New Terrific Trio has so much good story potential in character study/development.

You know, for some reason the main duo of this show really made an impact on me. I liked to come up with stories as a kid and I named one of my characters after Ro and Zeta influenced a lot of my male characters. Even though I really didn't watch much of the show, or maybe because I was too young. I think I saw the last episode and didn't realize that it was the finale until now.

I think the ending skit confirms that all of Zeta Month is set on Thanksgiving.

There's a perfect concept for a Season Three episode: you start with the Terrific Trio being televised and we cut to Ro either watching this or following the group, leaving us wanting to know what happened. (Cutting to "24 hours earlier" is an optional cliche)

Honestly Old Plastic Man and Zeta as part of the Terrific Trio after the fall of the original team would be awesome, although I'd probably have kept one older member around just to add a layer of redemption for them (I thought Freon was really cool, and it keeps the team from being *too* OP y'know). At least if Zeta ever got a revival in the form of a Trio spinoff; we got Zeta doing double duty as the Reed/Thing type cause Zeta could also easily fill both of those roles character-wise, Plas on the other hand has Reed powers with a Torch personality, and then Freon is still pretty much the Invisible Woman. I'd totally watch that show.

Zeta Project was a fun little show but it needed more tie ins than just Batman. I think having old Superman would have been very cool in the show. Man of Steel and Man ... of Steel.

Hell yeah, VANISHING POINT

I wish that The Terrifics book that came out after Dark Nights: Metal could come back as a way to do this Terrific Trio in a sense, maybe shift out Earthmover for Metamorpho? Be a very ragtag team there!

It’s a bit hard to see earth mover working with others but I suppose he could. I would just be happy to see the insanely creepy and tragic monster again. Or maybe not. He is the stuff of nightmares

I feel like making a show off of a character never seen in comics before was too ambitious. Although I’d understand the yearn for make something original after adapting other people’s characters so many times.

I'm kind of weirdly annoyed that Plastic Man and Earth Mover were chosen as analogues to Mr. Fantastic and the Thing respectively, but apparently Zeta wasn't chosen as a nod to H.E.R.B.I.E

@@danielriba716 Yeah, upon rewatching the quote doesn't specify one way or another. I guess I just initially interpreted that as confirmation that Zeta was randomly chosen. My bad!

I love how both Marvel and DC's idea of spoofing Mr. Fantastic was to make him flat, ala Flatman and 2-D Man.

shame we won't ever get to see Terrific Trio Beyond. They kinda give me Doom Patrol vibes.

An interesting legacy to a failed superteam, but the inclusion of the Earth-Mover does ruin its canonical relevance... mayhaps they should have made an older Tamara (from "Mind Games") the third member.

Please tell me that the Dell E521 is a prop and not something that you actually use to edit videos? That computer is easily a decade old.

We do not edit videos on the Zetas’ computer, no ;) (I did, however, in 2008 or so)

Never had the chance. He forgot before he was around anybody to tell. Then when he remembered again after teaming up with Livewire and taking Superman's powers again, he got shocked so hard he lost his memory again.

He only had Superman for a few seconds, maybe he didn't get enough juice to "download" that info again. Who knows? Could also just be that the story wasn't gonna have room for that, so no need.
